Absolutely stay away from this place... We called to place an order, no answer. We went in store to place an order for 11:30 am and he refused to take our order. Said to call or do it online and it probably won't be done on time, he is the only one there... He was very rude.

Last Friday, there was 1 guy with spectacles who was extremely rude during lunch hours. I requested him to take an order of wings and he literally ignored me for 10 minutes. When I asked him when he would take my order he got angry and said, “can’t you see I’m doing something?”. This store doesn’t want your business folks. Moreover, one can tell, the people working here are RACISTS to everyone. Management does not care at all. You can see they respond to no one on the reviews. I will call corporate, and recommend they close this store.

Instead of.Doing the opposite , which is what a manager should do, They don't care about their customers. They have no professionalism.... There is no sense of urgency or pretty much paying attention to what they're actually doing

I walked in to pick up a Pizza. Apparently it's OK to handle the phone, use the touch screen computer, and then handle the dough. 🤮 Hard fail for me.
I placed an order through DoorDash at 9:39 and at 9:48 they said you cannot fulfill my order and canceled it. I was busy packing up our vehicle to leave town tomorrow and didn't notice right away. I ha e a house full of starving kids and am left figuring out what to do for dinner (my card was already charged) amd I decided to look up when you close... 1am, what couldn't you make my kids pizza? This is so frustrating. Seriously you didn't even have to deliver it.

I decided to order pizza last night and some breadsticks well I got 2 boxes one small and one large, I figured tye pizza was the big box as it was a large, nope! Got a small pizza that was supposed to be large but paid a lot for a large! If this is the new large then you'll never see me again!!??

For one when you call to place an order it's outsourced out of the country. And second I literally live 10 mins away and they don't deliver to my location. I bet they deliver 30 mins away elsewhere tho. Never buying Papa again.
