How do you elevate a classic? Made on an a thick Artisan Sourdough Bread sourced locally in Aurora by Katich Bread Co. The Millennial - Made with Smashed Avocados, Arugula, Pickled Onions, Cotija Cheese and Salsa Matcha. Looking to kick this up a level then ADD: a layer of bacon jam and jammy egg! So, if you're looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch then look no further!
The Smavo - Avocado Toast
How do you elevate a classic? Made on an a thick Artisan Sourdough Bread sourced locally in Aurora by Katich Bread Co. The Smavo is made with a base layer of brown butter then we added smashed avocado's and top it with chili flakes and honey!
The Sunshine - Hummus Toast
Not your ordinary toast! Are you looking for that perfect breakfast or lunch food item? The Sunshine - is made on an Artisan Sourdough Bread with house-made hummus! Then we top it with sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced cumbers, feta cheese and a delicious house-made Amba sauce! Amba sauce is a tangy, slightly spicy, and mildly sweet sauce.

We were visiting a friend in the area and stopped in here. Blown away. The donuts were very good, but the toasts and breakfast sandwiches knocked me back. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. We tried 2 of the toasts, 2 of the sandwiches and all of the donuts. We went a little overboard but zero regrets, other than I wished I had one where I live.

Love Petit Three. Their doughnuts and coffee both taste amazing. I plan on trying their savory items soon as well.

They are the only doughnut place I know of that uses mostly organic ingredients and I love that they are innovative and like to try new menu items for fans like the cruller. We have started going every Sunday to get donuts. Highly recommend.

This doughnut coffee shop is so beautiful warm and inviting. The staff is lovely, so kind and sweet. I brought my kiddos in on a Saturday morning. Sat and enjoyed our delicious doughnuts and my horchata iced latte. I saw the owner hard at work bringing out fresh doughnuts with a smile, greeting everyone she saw! So happy to have found this sweet shop. Im looking forward to trying new flavors and new lattes! Yumm.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs! Win!
