So, if you're looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch then look no further!
The Smavo - Avocado Toast
How do you elevate a classic? Made on an a thick Artisan Sourdough Bread sourced locally in Aurora by Katich Bread Co. The Smavo is made with a base layer of brown butter then we added smashed avocado's and top it with chili flakes and honey!

The coffee, donuts, and food options are tasty and unique. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. My fiancee has several food allergies including Dairy, Gluten, and egg and she was able to enjoy the milk alternatives in her coffee and the vegan and gluten free donuts available

I always love going to Petit Three, staff are super nice and the food is amazing. Drinks are always high quality and delicious! The only thing was that we waited probably 20-30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and there were only a few other people in the store. However, the staff member was super kind and totally made up for the wait!
