That said, taxes and added fees came out to about 28.5% of the bill, which was unexpected. If there is an additional fee, it should be clearly disclosed on the menu. If a service charge is included, that should be clearly stated on the bill so patrons understand whether an extra tip is being requested at the end.
Transparency would go a long way here.

The chicken pho was not good I would not go again.there was only two sauces to choose from the sauces at the table, I added both of them and there was really no difference. I also got the crab Rangoon’s and they were really good. I would not recommend the chicken soup pho

The woman at the front desk on Monday was rude and unprofessional.
I've been to many Vietnamese noodle shops, but this one stands out to me. What impressed me most was the great environment, easy parking, and a comfortable feeling the moment you walk in. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the noodles are delicious, especially the beef broth, which is the best I've ever tasted.

The server came and took away the plate of pho toppings while we were still eating, who does that??
Not once did they come by to ask how the food was or if we needed anything like napkins or more water.

I love this place. I never had issues going here the pho is delicious. Last night however I was very disappointed in my service. I understand that she is the owner. Has always been very nice. Last night she made me feel so incredibly rushed. Gave me my bill when I was still eating. I have a toddler and came alone. I took my daughter to the restroom and when I came back my entire table was bussed. I was still eating my food and had a Thai tea that was still more than half way full. She also threw out my to go container. I left it on the table because that’s disgusting if you bring food containers inside the bathroom. As a waitress myself it’s very upsetting. I tipped her too before I left since she made me pay early. I honestly only would’ve left 10% after that experience. It’s very disappointing I never experienced that going there before.
