Order here all the time. What happened with my pizza? Who decided to tilt the box to its side? This is ridiculous. Considering not ordering from here again.Edit: Manager called me next day and offered a free pizza with personal delivery to make sure things go well. It was just the driver that was messing things up for the store.

I ordered (always order) a thin crust pizza with Italian and double pork sausage with heavy pizza sauce well done. The pizza is ALWAYS great. Ms. Pamela is always pleasant and speaks to you in a manner that always want you to come back and she always ensures that my order is always prepared correctly. I highly recomment

I didn't want to believe it it's true , someone is taking the cheese home ,my pizza hardly had any cheese , i heard about it but I didn't believe it ,cuz people say things out no where ,where the heck is the cheese .never again coming here .never in my life ,I'm letting all my family know how cheap they are with the cheese ,i swear it Harley had any .I'm sorry it's the truth .

I guess this location doesn't put cheese on the pizzas anymore. I placed an order in the app for the new spicy lover's pizza and it came without any cheese. It was just pepperoni and red peppers sitting on the marinara sauce. The pepperoni pieces were burnt and so dry that you could actually just brush them right off. They didn't even stick to the pizza. I even double checked my order to make sure I didn't accidentally order it without cheese, and the order was correct on the app. This is the second time I've had a pizza come from this location with little-to-no cheese on it. The first time this happened was for just a single topping stuffed crust, and it only had cheese on the top half by the crust. That was a few months ago. I don't regularly order pizza, so I'm pretty disappointed to be having the same issue. I've had better frozen pizzas at this point. And at half the cost. This location is a no for me. I don't recommend it

Worst 100 wasted ? waited 2 hours for my pizza wings to arrive cold and they dont even answer the phone to track the pizza they keep on hanging the phone wish i could give 0 as review worst place to order ever .
If I could give this place a zero I would. My pizzas were horrible and over cooked. My brownie was burnt and I couldn’t even eat it. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. $40 wasted on terrible food

I used to go to this location and it started to be more and more poor quality so I had stopped going. It's been awhile and I really was craving pizza hut! I am so happy with my order today!! everything is perfect Thank you so much !! Money well spent and will definitely be back more often now.

Placed an order an said it was to be delivered at 3:45pm. Every time I checked the wait time would be longer. The order was not delivered until 5:04pm more than an hour later from what should’ve been no more than a 10 minute drive. The infuriating part about it was when I called to cancel the order after we had been waiting over an hour saying it was on the way. Called the store to speak to a manager and ask for refund and I was left on hold for 40 minutes!! So I said we pulling up on them. Mind you I have previous years of manager experience so I in no way had an attitude or a bad tone over the phone. So I go and ask the employee for a manager and this “manager” did not have the decency to even show his face he was hiding in the back telling the female employee what to come tell us. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My pizza was delivered WET AND COLD!!! Don’t recommend ordering from them the manager couldn’t even come out an apologize for the mistake.

I had this issue a few months back. Emailed and called with no response from you guys. I live in MN and you deliver my pizzas to Illinois and take points! I have called the Forest Lake MN branch and have been hung up on and just down right rude employees and business practice. This will result in my family to no longer eat at Pizza hut
