It's not just this location, but in general Pizza Hut has become what Domino's was several years ago. Every location I go to gets it wrong now. At this location in particular, I keep getting half cooked pies. The quality has gone down the drain. I keep giving them a chance because I'll at times receive coupons, etc. But I won't even go in for a free pizza at this point. At least Domino's had a huge turnaround and it hasn't disappointed like it used to. I much prefer the local pizza places, but the deals/coupons convince me to give them a go here and there. Not anymore.

We decided to grab Pizza Hut on the way home from grocery shopping as we were in the area and live 20 mins away. We ordered the pizza at 4:35 and it stated pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there at 4:50 for pick up. My husband paid, and at 4:55 the manager Jenn told him that I would be ready in 2 more minutes. She then ran to the back where my husband could her asking the workers where are all the orders were. They then discussed loudly that the orders had been deleted. Therefore our pizza had not even been started yet. So now our cold food was getting warm in the car. My husband tried to get her attention to tell them to forget the pizza, and that he wanted a refund. No one was coming back so he yelled hello a few time to there reply was we will be up in a minute. We received our pizza that was supposed to be well done at 5:17. We got home our pizza didn’t even looked cooked. The cheese was melted a little, but still looked like shredded form. Next to the well done on the receipt it was check marked like it was completed. We called back as this is completely unacceptable, and wanted a refund of which they could only give store credit. I understand the accident happen, but the lack of communication was deceitful. If she would have said from the time we came to pick up / pay that there was an issue, and hadn’t been placed in the oven yet we would have left. Now I have a Pizza Hut credit that I don’t want, and groceries that had gone bad while waiting for this pizza to be done in “2 minutes”. Jenn needs to work on her communication. Poor management at this establishment.

What happened to the bread sticks?! They used to be incredible, now they taste like they're made of plastic. Not cut right either but that wouldn't have saved them. Pizza was on par with little Caesars, maybe.

Horrible service, ordered delivery and after 1 hour and 30 min my husband had to go pick it up and we received cold pizza! I keep trying to contact customer service but have yet to get a response for my refund. They didnt communicate about being late on the delivery, didnt answer the phone when I called so my husband decided to go and get it and got home and it was cold.

It was absolutely disappointing and disgusting. Hardly any sauce and very dry. A good 3 inches of crust exposure. The bread sticks were completely inedible. I wish we would have taken pictures before pitching it

I dropped almost $100 on several pizzas last night, and what a terrible disappointment! The crust was white, as in, not coked. in fact, nothing was cooked. The dough had a strange flavor, like it was diet bread. We also think there were fillers in the bread because everyone was full after eating 1 slice of pizza. very little cheese! The cheese was only on the bottom so when you picked up the slice, the toppings all fell off. we had to heat the pizza to our liking, plus we had to add our own cheese. Too far of a drive, or would have returned to the store.
