Order issue. Tried calling 10xs. I kept getting people that don’t speak English for an answering service. They kept transferring me to the store and there was no answer over and over. Didn’t even listen to me on the phone. Ridiculous.

Ordered 1 pizza online to be ready at 7:10pm to be exact according to email confirmation. Then email confirmation said pizza was ready. Got there at 7:15pm to pick up and stood in line for 45 minutes without being acknowledged with a bunch of other people. Never got my pizza that I ordered cause I had to go back to work. It was my dinner break so I paid and never got my food and didn’t have dinner that night. Still waiting for a call back from management 4 days now. What a joke and that’s theft in my mind. The pizza is always cold when I pick it up and the manager Pam Davis is rude. I’ve heard her yell at the employees multiple times when picking up. I don’t want to eat cold pizza nor do I want to support a business that mistreats their employees. I’ll be supporting other locations but never again this one! There’s a reason why their quality has gone down and it’s due to the bad management

I order the same thing every time a pizza wit extra sauce and light cheese they manage to mess it up every single time I even leave notes in added options hoping they don’t mess it up but every time they do so first of all hire people that learn how to read second of all I went back in and wanted it changed because that’s not what I ordered and I’m tired of just eating something I don’t want and the worker started laughing at me when I said I couldn’t have extra cheese when I ordered light cheese laughed in my face and the laughed so loud every single person in there could hear it while walking into the back he was a jerk that has no customer service training this place is a joke that can’t seem to fix there mistakes no matter how many times they make them and I have complained to managers before you think they would start training staff to actually read the order before they make it

It's not just this location, but in general Pizza Hut has become what Domino's was several years ago. Every location I go to gets it wrong now. At this location in particular, I keep getting half cooked pies. The quality has gone down the drain. I keep giving them a chance because I'll at times receive coupons, etc. But I won't even go in for a free pizza at this point. At least Domino's had a huge turnaround and it hasn't disappointed like it used to. I much prefer the local pizza places, but the deals/coupons convince me to give them a go here and there. Not anymore.

We decided to grab Pizza Hut on the way home from grocery shopping as we were in the area and live 20 mins away. We ordered the pizza at 4:35 and it stated pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there at 4:50 for pick up. My husband paid, and at 4:55 the manager Jenn told him that I would be ready in 2 more minutes. She then ran to the back where my husband could her asking the workers where are all the orders were. They then discussed loudly that the orders had been deleted. Therefore our pizza had not even been started yet. So now our cold food was getting warm in the car. My husband tried to get her attention to tell them to forget the pizza, and that he wanted a refund. No one was coming back so he yelled hello a few time to there reply was we will be up in a minute. We received our pizza that was supposed to be well done at 5:17. We got home our pizza didn’t even looked cooked. The cheese was melted a little, but still looked like shredded form. Next to the well done on the receipt it was check marked like it was completed. We called back as this is completely unacceptable, and wanted a refund of which they could only give store credit. I understand the accident happen, but the lack of communication was deceitful. If she would have said from the time we came to pick up / pay that there was an issue, and hadn’t been placed in the oven yet we would have left. Now I have a Pizza Hut credit that I don’t want, and groceries that had gone bad while waiting for this pizza to be done in “2 minutes”. Jenn needs to work on her communication. Poor management at this establishment.

What happened to the bread sticks?! They used to be incredible, now they taste like they're made of plastic. Not cut right either but that wouldn't have saved them. Pizza was on par with little Caesars, maybe.
Horrible service, ordered delivery and after 1 hour and 30 min my husband had to go pick it up and we received cold pizza! I keep trying to contact customer service but have yet to get a response for my refund. They didnt communicate about being late on the delivery, didnt answer the phone when I called so my husband decided to go and get it and got home and it was cold.
