They didn't have thin crust when we pre ordered Friday so they asked if I was ok with hand tossed. And said yes , they took care of us and gave us a lot off $ . Which we were grateful for , thanks team !

Absolutely disgusting. $24 medium Pep pizza is a disgrace. (Pictures below) Its not worth a little C $5 hot and ready. Looks like it's been sitting a week to top it off. Look at my pics, you be the judge, is that a $24 pizza? It's maybe a $4 pizza. I am so sick of businesses taking advantage of people. They need to be shut down. One of the worste experiences with food. Can't even eat this thing and they don't care, they will gladly keep our money.

the worst pizza i ever had in naperville area. The crust was undercooked and pie was not evenly cut. i ordered a veggie lovers pizza and it was not up to my expectations. Bland taste. never ordering from pizza hut again. beware of the chili flakes scam they started charging $0.99

Every single order I make it's never right I'm done ordering here. I like a lot of sauce on my pizzas I am a sauce guy but whenever I order extra sauce which is every time I order there's still literally no sauce on my pizza literally I can't even taste it! all I taste is the cheese and the bread and it tastes dry. I'm just completely baffled how I put extra sauce and it always has almost to no sauce on it. Don't order here if you like a lot of sauce on pizza.

I had a pick up order on June 16 (around 6pm), one lady employee was in responding to customers. She was so kind (more than anyothers) and very fastly responding to customer and well manage everything. Pizzas need to improve the quality a little bit more (especially needed more cheese), but I want to give five start to this branch.Unfortunately, I didn't see the salad bar still. Hopefully, open the salad bad with quality salad soon.
