My wife and I had a fantastic breakfast experience at Pomegranate Restaurant in Aurora, Illinois. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which really set the tone for a great meal.
We ordered sunny side eggs with hash browns, Oreo pancakes, fries, a bagel with cream cheese, and Nutella French toast—and everything was absolutely delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hash browns were crispy, and the Oreo pancakes were a fun and indulgent treat. The Nutella French toast was rich, sweet, and flavorful, and even the fries were fresh and well-seasoned.
You can tell they care about both the food and the guests here. Great portions, great taste, and excellent service all around. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a solid breakfast in Aurora!

My husband and I tried to come here for breakfast, he ordered a omelette and toasts and I ordered bacon fruit and French toast. When we receive our food the food was extremely cold and we asked for them to remake it, the waiter emy brought my food back with no remorse no apology just once again cold. My husband toast was super cold and there were no apologies or accommodations. We asked them to take everything back, we did not want to eat there due to the lack of customer service and cold food. even when we decided to leave there was no empathy. this is the worse we have ever been treated and this place needs to close due to the racism and discrimination.
I went here with my best friend on December 30th, & we showed up about 40 minutes before closing because we both hit some traffic on our way there. we did feel bad & did our best to be in & out as quick as possible, & when I say the staff was very friendly despite our timing, I mean it! not once did we feel pressured to hurry up & get going. onto the food- i ordered the skirt steak & eggs, & my friend ordered one of the samplers which came with eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausages, & banana Nutella crepes. to the angel of a chef responsible for making my skirt steak, may all the blessings of the earth rain upon you for the rest of time, because my God that steak was heaven on earth. it was gone about 5 minutes after the plate was placed on the table. there is nothing I wouldnt do just to be able to experience tasting that steak for the first time again. it was juicy, TENDER!!!, seasoned perfectly, enough to make me cry tears of joy. every misfortune, every stroke of bad luck that i have lived through in my short 19 years have been 1000% worth it since it brought me face to face with the best slab of beef ive ever had the honor of eating. to the staff- please dont ever take this absolute godsend of a steak off the menu. i don't know what i would do. I will be coming back.
