Food wasn’t fresh. The chicken was slimy inside like they forgot it was supposed to be cooked. The drive-thru worker acted like I personally ruined her day by just ordering food. Bravo, team. You’re doing a fantastic job making customers want to never come back.

Honestly, it’s surprising this place is still open. They need new staff, new management, and a serious reality check. Avoid unless you enjoy disappointment and attitude.

I came through drive thru while no one else was in line or inside the store. Two ladies just looked at me a few times and ignored me. No one came to take my order so I just left.

I had a very disappointing experience; the woman taking orders was discourteous to a colleague while fulfilling orders she continously talked down to him while he stood in silence, and my takeout order was inaccurate. When I mentioned the error, she wasn't helpful directed me to the mobile app. The mobile wasn't helpful either customers are responded by a bot. Terrible customer service and unethical behavior towards colleagues.

My chicken was not cooked

You get better service deep in the south side of Chicago than you get here. That should tell you something.

Always get a simple order mixed up

There’s absolutely nobody but me in line at the drive thru or inside. And yet the man on the drive thru was rushing me and not answering any questions. Ended up having to settle for items I didn’t want because he kept pushing me along. Food was fine though.

Terrible experience the floor was like ice skating it was so greasy, waited a half hour to not order but left instead of waiting an hour more

Was there tonight and the young girls seem lackluster to do their job. While one of their friends was in line at drive thru waiting for the kickback she waived you forward. Food was cold and scampy.no mo

Love this place! The service and food are really good

They got my order wrong not once put twice. I asked for the six piece boneless wings combo with NO SAUCE. First mess up they gave me a five piece chicken meal, then the second mess up they gave me some over cooked boneless wings with sauce and the sauce got all over my seats ugh...

First the cashier was not honest saying they would get to me
in one second. I went inside (braving the rainy weather with umbrella and all) to support the business and it took about 50 seconds for the person to come take my order even after the cashier had just assisted another customer in the store just prior to me. The cashier decided to walk to the back doing other things while I waited for that 1 second that was promised but instead took 50 seconds

I wanted the 3 pieces advertised on TV for $5. I just requested no thighs and I would prefer wing, leg and breast, just like I had successfully ordered the night before at another Popeye's in North Aurora. The North Aurora Popeye's just charged an extra 50 cents for the breast piece to fulfill the 3 pieces (wing and leg).

This Popeye's claimed that the 3 pieces really could not be of
my choosing and they would only serve it with the thigh, wing and leg. I even offered to pay the extra 50 cents to substitute
a thigh for a breast and the cashier refused so I left.

I left and went to another Popeye's in Lisle where there was
no issue getting the breast, wing and leg and here/Lisle there
was no extra charge.

So I would not recommend this Popeye's because apparently the customer is not always right even if the customer wants to reason with them here and pay a little extra just to earn the business they lost this day. no respect for the customer.
Find another Popeye's which will honor the customer's not so unreasonable request.

Maybe this place will closed down like its sister restaurant next door, Burger King, has. I believe they have same parent company and the Burger King that is too close next door has shut down.

I love Popeyes but this one sucks...so does the one by Fox Valley Mall.

I won't be back to this location again. Cold food, horrible service and bad attitude from employees every time.

Mexican lady in drive through had a lot of attitude and was very rude and didn’t even get our order correct and forgot to give us our side. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
