I'm a pretty big fan of Potbelly's chicken pot pie soup. Other Potbelly's I go to have it where the soup is a nice thicker consistency. This is the second time I've ordered from this location of their soup and im disappointed. You can tell they water the soup down and then add more salt to make the soup stretch longer. I am not a fan of the watery consistency of this soup thats usually rich in flavor and consistency. :(

I came in last week 10/4/25 at 1:48pm with my girlfriend and Desi & Kimberly helped me and their customer service was amazing! Desi made my sandwich soooooo good and she had a bubbly personality great for food service! Kimberly helped me at the register and she explained the rewards program to me which was helpful! I tried to tell the Hispanic woman manager on shift about my wonderful experience but she seemed to ignore me as if she didn’t want to hear about her wonderful staff and had a stale demeanor but I ensured she received the great compliment because without employees there is no successful company. Desi and Kimberly made my experience wonderful! Management should be a little more friendly.

The store is freezing. The guy that made my sandwich look like he was just completely upset, and was so stern and straight faced and had a look like He hated me without even knowing me, the Chicken salad sandwich tasted like straight salt And there was gloves of mayonnaise on it, because the mayonnaise didn’t even have any more space to go anywhere in the sandwich cause it was already full of mayonnaise and my husband’s Italian sandwich with missing ingredients, and Was super thin Like they were trying to save money, and not put as much meats on it as normal. Zero out of 10 would def not recommend.

This place has never once gotten my order right. I order a big wheat wreck with bacon and all the toppings, no mustard, no peppers. I get charged for the bacon, they do not include the bacon. Or they include only the bacon and no other toppings, or they include peppers.
They take the order right, they charge me correctly, they print the ticket right, but the instructions on that ticket are not followed correctly. Don't go here unless you're going to dine in, because you won't know your order is wrong until you get home
Food is always delightful and quicky served by the friendly staff. Is a usual lunch spot and have eaten here more than 200x easy.

I made an online order for regular large chicken sandwich with white bread Upon pickup I received small size sandwich , the chicken was cold and cheese was not melted Also it was not cut from the middle it was cut from the side , all the veggies were spilling out of the sandwich No sign of an mayo that I asked for And they used wheat bread which I didn’t ask for
