This store has terrible customer service and it’s dirty. I’ve tried to eat here twice and each time I’m never greeted and the employees have a terrible attitude. Take a look at the other reviews. I’m not the only one who’s got a problem with this specific location.
This place always messes up the orders and they take way too long to make a simple order. Ordered a BLTA with mayo. The vegetables were not fresh, tomatoes with visible stems and green cores that should be cut out. Very undercooked, slimy, chewy bacon. I took it off the sandwich and had to cook it longer in our microwave at home. Asked for mayo but there was none. Some of the slices of avocado still had the skin on them. The other sandwich in the order was made totally wrong and we had to get a refund because they take SO LONG to make their food and there wasn’t enough time to wait for a remake. This place has ZERO care for their customers or how they make their food, don’t waste your time or money at this location.

This is the most mismanaged Potbelly. 4 people working and I was the only customer, but there was no one at the counter to take my order. I had to walk around and ask to place an order. Once my order was placed it took 15 minutes for them to prepare one sandwich! They all stood there talking while my sandwich laid there untouched. Several people walked in after me and also had to walk around to ask if they could place an order. Everyone was just waiting and exchanging frustrated expressions with each other. Don’t waste your entire lunch break here!

Them cooks slap! Yall know how to cook that new rib sandwich. On my momma and the ancestors, you know that many can cook for a damn, bur these people can. Bread warm, toasted, and flaky. Mea; tender and juicy. Onion on deck and the sauce was on. Yaass.

This place is so slow. They have three employees behind the counter. One took my order and the other two are just standing around. There are 2 other people waiting for sandwiches. I am not sure why no one started the sandwiches. Very slow. Took almost 15 minutes on a very slow night.

I was the only customer and three employees working. My sandwich sat on the conveyor belt and they were all talking. The service is terrible.
Every time we go there, they mess something up. Even when the ingredients are written RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES, they get things wrong. Today is the FIFTH time (that i can recall) that they have messed up my sandwhich in some way. Granted, one time was a miscommunication with what I ordered (at subway i get salt/pepper/oregano for seasoning, and I had not checked the board for their toppings, so you can imagine how that went), but all the other times were totally avoidable and correctly ordered on the sticker (they print them out at this location to put on every order, not just t. DISCLAIMER I have worked in food service so i totally understand bad days happen, so if it were an iosolated incident or two, I would say no big deal, it happens. but it KEEPS HAPPENING. Not only that, IT HAPPENED AGAIN WITH THE REPLACEMENT SANDWHICH THEY GAVE ME. Word to the wise: be that super annoying customer and watch them otherwise they WILL get it wrong. Or better yet, go somewhere else. NO OTHER POTBELLY LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO HAS THIS ISSUE. Like I said, I get it, bad days happen, but god damn y'all have a lot of bad days and I'm kinda over it. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon. The one south more on Rt 59 has friendly employees and a nice atmosphere, I highly encourage you to go to that one instead.

Came for dinner, and our sandwiches were very good and full of ingredients. Nice value.
The tables were a bit messy and needed to be wiped down. Floor had food here and there. Bathrooms very clean.

I come in here all the time for lunch and never had a problem until today, where the cashier misheard me ask for mustard as mayo. I am allergic to mayo, so I brought it back and asked—they apologized kindly and remade it without a second thought.
I love coming here, and I love the people who work here. I will keep coming here for lunch. They are fast, the food is great, and it’s close to my work.
I wish I had gotten the names of the people working today, but it was at around 1pm on 5/21/24. Thank you to the lunch shift!

The manager at this location is absolutely amazing! She has a great attitude and treats everyone kindly and with a big smile on her face. I stopped by today (3/22 at 1pm) and they were short staffed and still she found a way to get every order out and on time.

This was my first and last visit to this Potbelly location. We had to wait a long for two sandwiches to be made. We ordered simple sandwiches (tuna & Mediterranean). The customers behind us in line got their two sandwiches before we did. They also still managed to mess up our order, and the tuna was ice cold, not fully cooked/toasted.
