I ordered 10 tacos total 6 asada four el pastorTotal being $30.31, granted I should have checked but I've never had a problem before, I came all the way from plano to be the ONLY customer and still have ordered messed up!! On top of that there is no number to contact, I know it's only six dollars but they don't give me anything for free so why should I..

We have not tried the food, but we stopped for a Mezcal cocktail and a classic margarita. Hit the spot! The staff was very friendly too.

We have eaten here in the past and the food was always good, although the service was always very slow. Tonight we arrived early; like 5:00 PM. We were one of only two occupied tables in the whole restaurant. There were two waitresses. We were not greeted when we entered. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to bring us menus. Then we waited another 8 minutes to have someone come to take our order. We only wanted water to drink. We received glasses of water with no ice on them. Just Luke cool tapwater. Once we place our order, even though the one other table had their order and there was no one else there waiting for an order. We still had to wait like 15 minutes. Now, when the food came, it was cold. We had to wait five minutes to find someone to take it back and reheat it and when they brought it back, it was still cold. Will not be going back, no one told us they were sorry no one offered to do anything

Never had your tacos before but refuse to pay $3-$6 for a taco. When I saw you were going to be at scarecrow fest in st Charles and your tacos were $1.75, we had to try them. Got them for lunch and then decided to get more for dinner on way home. So delicious and so worth the $1.75. Thank you for helping fill my taco craving, been missing authentic tacos.

Service was alright. Food highly over priced and not enough flavor. The ambience was just blah....

I'm giving 3 stars because I noticed the older lady at the register was not as polite with me (a woman) as she was with the men. This was my first time buying from this taco truck (my usual go-to is Pariente Mix outside of Dunkin Donuts on New York St.), and I wanted to try this place out since it's closer to my job. I walked up very respectfully and in a good mood, but was met with attitude. I've never met this woman before, so I thought maybe she's just not having a good day, and it's not actually personal. Ok, bad days happen to everyone once in a while, no biggy. But when I heard her talk in a much better tone and saw how much better she treated the man after me and even the guy after him too, I just thought, "Wow, ok." Even after noticing that, I still said "thank you" when she handed me my order. She did not even look my way or respond at all. SMHThe food was good (hence the 3 stars); I liked that the tacos had a good amount of meat, but with the service alone and this lady's attitude towards me, I will not be coming back. I'd rather drive a little farther and go to my usual place for tacos where I'm always treated well. I hope this lady realizes that customers actually notice these things, and it affects our views towards these establishments and businesses. It's sad because I heard good things about Primos, but none of their locations will be getting my business from now on if they allow their customers to be treated in such a way.

The food is ok. They did remodel and have updated the tables and chairs. Service is ok. I'm sure it's due to nobody wanting to work.

I initially found Primos tacos food trucks while driving in Aurora. I stopped by to taste some of their tacos. I ordered 3 mixed meat tacos (campechano). They were great! I was in Aurora getting a Christmas tree with my wife, when I said we need to go get some tacos. I made an internet search to find where the food truck was when I found their location on Highland. Unbeknownst to me it was their stand alone restaurant. We went in an ordered. I ordered the carne tampiqueña and it came with a cheese tamale. It was awesome. I live near Elgin and will drive to Aurora for my Mexican food fix. My only complaint were the beans. They were very flavorful but a little salty for my taste. Aurora is a cool down with some great architecture and primos is very very good place to eat. The interior of Primos was clean but a little stark. I'd recommend Primos if you want a good meal.
