Me and my wife was on the restaurant for 1.5 hours our server jeremiah never came to us, when i speak with the manager after 30 minutes sitting down. The person who should be our server was just laughing. I did felt discriminate it for the way i was dressing because the tables around us was dressing casual, but i was dressing with shorts and gym shoes. They ruined my Valentine's Day. I made a recerbation in advance. I was there on time, 5:30 and at 6:30 they told me that they could bring me to the table BUT that the waiting time was two more hours for them to bring my food to the table. that the kitchen was closed and they couldn't do anything... I ended up eating at McDonald's because my two children were so hungry. horrible horrible
TERRIBLE SERVICE.
On a slow Tuesday night we waited 40 minutes for a table.
This was mainly due to the incomplete young red haired girl trying to be a hostess. We heard the manager tell her to ask her friends to leave cuz they were bumming around taking up tables while they were short staffed.
Then, after we waited over half an hour, MORE of her friends plus her boyfriend (saw them kissing instead of her doing her job) show up, she has no problem immediately seating...read full review
