I came in today for my birthday and my girlfriend wanted to do something nice for me so she took me to eat here, we come in and get seated in the worst possible place to eat in thereās a big family having a birthday dinner also to the left of us and a couple to the right of us there was a nice booth in the corner close to the doors where they bring the food out. The big family having the birthday dinner was being unreasonably loudā¦.. our server āErinā asked us if we were going to use a ācouponā how rude can you be? Do you think we can afford eating here? She also kept checking up with the big family instead of checking up on me and my girlfriend, she brought us our drinks and biscuits but by the time I finished my drink probably around 10 minutes after she brings me my food and goes oh would you like a refillā¦. No maāam itās just been empty for 10 minutesā¦.. after you walked past us 5 times to help the big family, so she saw for sure that I was empty and needed a refill, given itās 20 minutes in and we just now got our food and my first refillā¦.. she asked if thereās anything else we neededā¦. We needed more biscuits and refills and she never gave us forks knifeās or napkinsā¦ā¦ so I had to ask, we go on about eating our food still being bothered by this big family being obnoxiously loudā¦. Server not a single time checked in with us to see if the food was okayā¦. More focused on the big family making sure they have everything, even to the point one of the boys in the family had an issue with chewy chicken strips and returned them to the kitchen, by now weāre about half way done eating and maybe about 15 min more pass by and we havenāt had a single refill so the waiter finally arrives to our table and asked if we needed a refill for soda and my girlfriend did, I did not and she got us 2 boxes and 2 refills and no check? So another 5-10 minutes go by and she finally decides to bring the check we pay and leaveā¦.. Iāve lived here for 5 years and I usually come here maybe 3 times a year for special occasions anniversary for me and my girlfriend, birthdays, whateverā¦.. I donāt think I will ever come back to this specific red lobster never got treated with so much carelessness and disrespect

Our waitress was Heather and she was AMAZING! She was nice and made us laugh when she gave us customized bibs for our seafood boil. Would recommend coming in and having her as your waitress!

We came in the day before my Sonās first B-day and our waitress Heather was so sweet she brought out a plate that said āIām One!ā With some ice cream and she got him his āLil lobsterā certificate. She also brought out a whole live lobster! my son was so happy 10/10 we will definitely be coming back.

Heather was amazing! She is so friendly and attentive! If we go back, weāll be asking for her! Iām giving five stars solely for her though. Some of the other staff are inattentive and borderline indifferent. The food is tasty though.

I haven't been to red lobster in awhile so I decided to take my niece for her 11yrs old birthday I always order the fish or shrimp I decided to get the fish but the CEO decided to take the regular fish off the menu which was not a good idea I had to order the flounder which is horrible taste funny it was hard no taste to it with that being said I will not be going to red lobster no more and I mean that it's ridiculous why take the regular fish off the menu I had to send my food back and get something else that I didn't want just to eat I'm done
