I have been a customer at the Indian Trail location since 1996. I order the same thing every time. A medium pepperoni pizza and a 12 piece wings. They ask which wings i want and i say “the regular breaded wings”. They have a history of my previous orders and instead of looking in my history they want to make it difficult and make me choose the wings -like i work there and know what is what.. So im not sure how “regular breaded not jumbo wings” equated to “inferno wings”.. I explain to you what i want you can call them Fairy Wings for all i care. That means nothing to me. So i pay $18 for wings that im not going to eat because on top of not being what i ordered they look dry and crusty. The manager Ramiro refuses to give a refund.. Horrible service to provide to a customer of almost 30 years. I guess its time to try a different Rosati’s location.

I have been ordering from this location for years. Not only for home but for work as well. I never had an issue until a couple of weeks ago. I always get the same kind of pizza which is double dough, so I know what it's supposed to look like. So when I ordered a pizza for home and it arrived I saw it wasn't what I ordered. I called the store and they said to send them pictures, which I did. They called me back and said the pizza was right and that there is nothing they would do for me. I said I wouldn't be ordering from this location any longer and I got robbed of my money. I got a survey and filled it out and was waiting to hear back but I still have gotten no response. This shouldn't be the way Rosatis treats long time customers.

Very rude and bad people try to order a pizza but they refused to help me with my online order and hanged up on me several times.They dont even wortth a single star I will never call or get pizza ftom them again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever we ordered a pizza to be delivered and when the guy arrived he accused my husband of giving him a fake 5$ bill and if he didn’t give him the 5$ he was gonna call the police smh my husband didn’t want to deal with that so he gave him the 5$ till I got home and he explained to me the situation I am going to reach out to corporate and have this dealt with.

Awesome food. I have started ordering from this location frequently. Pretty much a carryout or delivery only place, but quick service and awesome food quality and portion size.

I don't know what's going on with them, but lately, every time I order, there is an issue. Fries were barely cooked. The cheese sauce felt like it came from the fridge it was so cold. Just make sure you check your order before leaving.

I would of loved to had a pizza plus but so hard to make an account not ordered from that other place ever again I guess at this point I make my own fried shrimp in my air fryer and a chef boy at Dee pizza or a frozen pizza it actually cheaper so whatever
