I got Matcha tea with strawberry and pearls today. But it did not look and taste like matcha at all. I was in a hurry so grabbed the cup and went out quickly.I double checked the number of the order and my name, everything seems correct. However, the taste was like creamy milk tea. DELICIOUS tea. I haven’t been here before so I decided to try it out, soo glad I did. I didn’t know milk tea could be this good. I had the coffee with crema, and my sister had Hokkaido milk tea. Both so full of flavor.

I went there for the cookie run kingdom collaboration as it was listed on the sharetea website as a participating location. The employees didn't have much information on it or any of the exclusive merch. The employees weren't friendly or welcoming at all. Apparently they never even received said merch. Why is it even listed as a participating location? I need answers as to whether or not they will get the merch. If your looking for the collaboration merch you WILL NOT find it here. Save yourself the trouble. The boba was okay.

Second time visiting this location. Service this time could be improved. The girl with the reddish hair and glasses could have been more engaging and welcoming. That’s why one star was taken away. There are plenty of seating available, not sure why one reviewer said no seats. Drinks were good. I had the Thai pearl milk tea with aiyu jelly. I adjusted it so that there will be less ice and 50% sugar. It tasted perfect. Tip: try to ask for less ice and not 100% sugar. At least go for 50-80% sugar. Plenty of parking. Prices were fair.

Came on a not too busy day. Decided to try out this boba place after grocery shopping. Multiple boba places in one area, this one was interesting with the different things you can add to your standard smoothie (ie. Ice cream or pudding). Would go again to try other flavors. My wife and I tried the matcha with ice cream and red bean and the strawberry with ice cream and lychee jelly. We'd go again to try other things.

The drink recipe never fails, but the staff energy was definitely off when I visited. We got there well after the store was supposed to be open and had to beckon someone from the back to get the door unlocked.The drinks were good. I would probably not order the strawberry ice slush with ice cream and lychee jelly. It was very sweet and definitely tasted like a kid's drink. The peach kiwi green tea with aiyu jelly was amazing as always!

This was the best bubble tea I have had! The woman at the front was helpful with recommendations and I decided to go with the taro pearl milk tea. It was creamy, full of flavor, and just delicious! The tapioca pearls were perfect too! I can’t wait to go back.

I was so excited to see this chain in Aurora. Ordering was easy through a kiosk and service was fast. The classic milk tea was strong enough and was on par with Taiwanese spots in Chicago. The boba had a good texture too. The second drink I tried was the Okinawa milk tea. I would not get that again as it tasted more artificial.
