I bought 3 burger sandwiches yesterday and were amazing and very very delicious. I deeply love sonic and their food. However, the only thing that bothered me is that when I went home to check my order, I did not find the third sandwich and it seems that I paid for the sandwich but I never get it . Unfortunately, I am 30 mins away and wished that I can come back.

I am new to sonic and i ordered many things and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they were both very cold and I asked for ketchup what did I expect they gave me a different sauce and I had to wait like 5-10 minutes for someone to come and help me at the front desk.

Food is alright. I went through the drive thru and the teenagers working there were so rude and poorly behaved. Slamming the windows in our faces mid sentences. Work on your costumer service.

I am a loyal customer of Steak 'n Shake. A few days ago, I decided to try Sonic's milkshakes. What was my surprise? It took them too long to give me my order. From the time I arrived at the drive-thru to the time my milkshake was delivered, almost 10 minutes had passed. Someone took my order through the speaker. A very kind Hispanic lady came out the door and asked me what I had ordered. She went back inside, and a few minutes later, she came out again and told me it was $6. She asked me again if I wanted a strawberry milkshake or a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. She asked if I wanted to pay, and I said yes, so she went to get the machine so I could pay with Samsung Pay. Minutes later, she came out with the machine to charge me, and it was more than the $6 she had initially mentioned. She asked me ONCE AGAIN if it was strawberry or strawberry cheesecake. After almost 10 minutes, I received my milkshake. A few minutes later, while enjoying my milkshake, I noticed there was a hair in it, which made me very angry. I wanted to go back and make a complaint, but unfortunately, I was very busy and couldn't go back. Bad experience.
