Go to the new Starbucks by Fortunato. I’m consistently having a bad experience at this location. Currently been waiting on my drink for 8 minutes as the only customer in here - 3 girls are just talking, one is talking trash out, other is on drive thru orders. Why am I waiting over 5 minutes for an iced latte? If I didn’t pay, I’d walk out. Last time I was here, the girl didn’t know that they had sugar free syrup for a caramel macchiato. I had to walk out on that visit…

This Starbucks? Absolute chaos. My order is insanely simple—a cold brew with cold foam. Two ingredients. Yet somehow, every single time, they mix the foam straight into the drink like they’re reinventing coffee.

My husband worked at Starbucks for five years, so yeah, we know what it’s supposed to look like. Spoiler: it’s not this. And don’t even get me started on consistency—it’s like they’re flipping a coin to decide how bad it’ll be today.

Starbucks corporate, send help. This location needs a crash course in not screwing up the basics.

Ordered the new cinnamon coffee, the gouda, egg and bacon sandwich and a pumpkin cheese muffin. The muffin and coffee were great, the sandwich was disappointing. It looked like it was on a ciabatta roll, I just didn't expect it to be the size of a slider. It was over $5, the egg was minimal, I couldn't see the cheese because it had been melted into the egg piece and it wasn't even a slice of bacon, it was a piece of a slice. Wouldn't order again but will go back for coffee's and pastries.

Incident with employee at Starbucks on Thursday, August 22nd at 3:45 PM

I visited this Starbucks location today at approximately 3:45 PM for a coffee.

Upon arrival, I noticed a vehicle parked in the handicapped parking space without displaying the appropriate placard. Shortly thereafter, I observed another vehicle, clearly displaying a placard, struggling to find a place to park due to this unauthorized vehicle occupying the space.

I approached the vehicle and politely informed the occupant that the spot was designated for handicapped parking, asking if they had a placard. The passenger, a young woman with a ponytail, rolled down her window and began to scream at me, using profanities and telling me it was none of my business. When I informed her that someone with a legitimate need was waiting for the space, she responded by saying, "I work here."

I then went inside to notify the employees of the situation, but unfortunately, no one seemed concerned or willing to address the issue. This lack of response and the disrespectful behavior of the individual in the car, who I now suspect may be in a management position, is extremely disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for some time, but this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. It is unacceptable for employees to disregard both company policies and the basic decency of ensuring that handicapped spaces remain available for those who truly need them. As a result, I will not be returning to this location or any Starbucks for that matter, and I urge others to reconsider their patronage as well.

This situation reflects poorly on the store's management and staff, and I hope that it is addressed promptly.

The service that the girl from the staff gave me was too bad because I tried to pick up the dresser and the door was closed I went through the window and the girl ignored me and I touched the window and when she opened she told me not to do it and she argued with me and She was very rude, she gave me the wrong food and then she asked my name, bad service.
I just remember that his name starts with the letter D

Had the Iced Carmel Vanilla Swirl Coffee for the first time and it was delicious ? I changed it up though and did 2 pumps of toffee nut and 2 pumps of carmel, and the standard amount of vanilla sweet cream was the perfect amount!
