I am no idea why, when I ordered the drink. I told them what I want. When I picked up my order it was different. I care to pay the difference. I ask the person my coffee was right. She told me I can’t ordered for that way . I have been ordering every day the same orders. She said that was the difference location. Only this place given me the hard time.Same franchise different policy

I was at the mall this Thursday to buy shoes for my daughter, and she insisted we come here to get a "Pink Drink." I tried to order on my phone, but was having issues setting up the app. We came into the store and one of the baristas, Basil, helped me to use the app to pay... Overall, staff were very kind and helpful, and our drinks were great!

Should be 0 stars, customer service is beyond unacceptable here. I waited for my coffee 30min, everyone who got there after me got their drinks first. I understand you are busy but make the drinks in a right order. When I pointed it out I didn't hear sorry or any kind of apology. Absolutely ridiculous...

Located at the Chicago Premium Outlet mall of Aurora IL, Starbucks is quite popular with visitors. The coffee shop was quite crowded in the late afternoon hour of the weekend. This Starbucks is rather small, so there are no tables or chairs indoors. Service was polite, but very busy; overall it was a very hectic and loud environment: some customers were in a slow-moving line to the counter to place an order, others were waiting nearby for their orders to be ready, and some others were coming to the counter for extras they forgot to order (or forgot to pick up their order). Also add new customers, constantly coming to the coffee shop, and those walking out. I was glad to take a seat outdoors, in a nice, well-appointed seating area, and have my coffee, that was good: a 16 oz. Small Americano -- Blonde Espresso, Cream & Sugar ($3.35 + 10.0 % tax).

Over heard a nasty conversation about Rogelio wanting to hookup with someone after work ? …. Disappointing that I come to this Starbucks every day and I hear this. Definitely made me uncomfortable and so unprofessional from his part. I never want to return to this Starbucks and definitely not the experience that I wanted. They need better management. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he was the supervisor???! @starbucks do better.
