This is the second time I have been dressed down by your baristaās once because I came into order a Starbucks coffee and was told I can only do it through the drive-through and now today the second time nobody was in the store there was nobody through the drive-through and I had pre-ordered my Starbucks using the app which indicated my drink was ready and I got dressed down because I didnāt stop at the car box to announce my arrival I think that Starbucks should consider training their barista nowhere. Does it say stop at the car box announce yourself so that you can get your pre-ordered drink even though you were told it was ready. You guys need to fix this not happy I will be going to a different Starbucks

Never been to a Starbucks where you stand at the register and no one acknowledges your existence!!! Wow!!! Not very busy but I could not even get an āIāll be right with youā no greeting nothing. Everyone can have a bad day, but this seemed more intentional. So much for holiday cheer. This Starbucks is close to my home and very convenient but common courtesy is not a part of the service offered. Saturday, November 30 at 1:00pm

This Starbucks location is very busy. It is very near to a high school, so if you visit it just after school lets out, donāt be surprised to see 30 to 50 teens hanging out. During that time, it can become crowded and loud. Any other time during the week, it is peaceful and quiet. That being said, the staff is typically very efficient and kind. However, twice in the past 6 months, I have seen one particular individual treating his fellow co-workers in a condescending way. The other employees are friendly and respectful. They almost always get our order correct, although with a high volume of customers, they are frequently out of some ingredients.

Inconsistent with the quality of their drinks and their cold brew tastes bitter more times than not. Never experienced this at any other Starbucks besides this location. Better off driving 5 extra minutes to the new one on hill ave and Ogden

this location is usually kinda weird. half the time my drink would be melty as soon as i get it.
last time i was here, i got a peppermint mocha frappuccino (the drink i always get) at the drive through. when i started drinking it, i noticed that it tasted bitter and weird, so i went inside to ask for a replacement since it didn't taste right.
the girl working there was being pretty rude and implied that i was wrong. she said something along the lines of "well i've been here for (however long) so i know how to make it" instead of just remaking the drink. i just said something like "well i get a peppermint mocha every time i get starbucks, so i know what it normally tastes like".
a different employee was more reasonable and asked me more details about what my drink would normally be like, and he remade it.

After having coffee almost every day at this Starbucks, with 5-star service almost all the time, thanks especially to Dave and Dean, today I got the motivation to start making coffee at home.
Today, as usual, I went and waited a few minutes in front of the ordering screen, and without anyone responding or saying "wait a moment", I mistakenly assumed it was broken, which I also believed because of the slow service in the line for the window. When I got to the window, I received a long scolding. "Why didn't you order on the screen?" I explain what happened and I'm sorry, assuming that since no one responded to me and the screen was off, it was broken, and instead of "I'm so sorry, it was a confusion", I received an "if you don't order on the screen, we can't serve you. We don't take orders here at the window". She repeats the same thing again and then tells me, "it's the last time I take an order here". I'm a mom in my 30s, I didn't think I'd receive scolding like that again in my life, and honestly, I was so shocked that I didn't want to respond to anything.
Im only giving āļøāļø two stars to this Starbucks because of David and Dean, but this particular barista was so bad that she negated all the good experiences Iāve had here, hence the low rating
