I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. Every time I order an iced drink, it’s completely packed with ice. After just a few sips, the drink is basically gone. It feels like I’m paying full price for a cup of ice with barely any actual beverage. This has happened multiple times now, so it’s clearly a pattern. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

I go to this Starbucks before work. I ordered 2 drinks and my own drink for me. Was left half way. I grabbed it in a hurry since they didn’t get my order right and I left once I got it to make it on time. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied. Especially for an expensive cup of coffee. I feel like I gave away my money. Terrible.

Came here this morning Request a VT Iced Chai latte light ice and oat milk didn’t receive light ice nor the oak milk paid $7 for straight ice couldn’t turn round because I was already running late to work

The rudest employees I ever had the displeasure of interacting with. You are better off heading to literally any other Starbucks location.
This Starbucks doesn't know the definition of cross contamination. Also it's very slow.

Apparently there is a new policy at this store that started this week where they fill your drink 3/4 full if you get no water or ice. It was a black tea with nothing added & they wouldn't fill it to the top.
