I was having a rough day after hanging out with my in-laws. They always put me in a bad mood! Basil and Rachel were quick to greet me and ask how I was doing. They helped me make decisions for syrups I should put in my hot chocolate and it was delicious. They brightened my day and my hot chocolate was delicious.

Worst cappuccino ever,
Such a scam, four zips and it was gone. The papercup was genier than the amount of coffee.
Placed a mobile order for grande drink - brought my cup in (16 oz) it was 2-3 oz short. I asked if it was a tall and the lady asked if I want more milk. I said I’d like more of the entire drink (matcha latte with flavor)
There was a guy who made more but it’s just a weird position as someone who spent $ on a drink that’s not necessarily cheap. As a barista myself, I don’t give drinks that are underfilled or it’s just ripping off the customer

Need to get rid of the shitty pebble ice! It changes the taste of Starbucks coffee completely. I used to come here all the time but not any more until they stop using the current ice and go back to the original ice!

I usually wait way too long at this Starbucks but today was beyond acceptable.
I’m pretty sure I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through at least.
I can’t ever come here again because I’m consistently late getting trapped in the drive through line for way too long.
They don’t even have a way for you to exit the drive through line in case you need to leave. I’ll never allow Starbucks to mess my day up again. I’ll go to dunkin.

Slowest drive through every single day, not just one day, every day.
It’s absurd to wait 30 minutes in a drive through when there’s only 6 cars ahead of me.
It’s always like this here.

waited too long! Put too much ice, almost half a glass more! of the things I add to my glass of water 2 to 3 spoons but look at my glass of water I only have 1 spoon of each! I asked a female employee for a straw and she said yes and turned away!!! I had to ask another employee for a straw! What a terrible morning

To start- I tipped 25% percent so no that’s not it. I feel very targeted as a woman in this situation.
Young guy lazily passed an unbalanced tray to me dumping it all over me, my car, and my dog. He proceeded to smirk and laugh right at me. I looked at him expecting him to apologize and offer a replacement but not at all he walked away. I went through the drivethru again and purchased the same $8 stupid drink for a friend when he proceeded to laugh more. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, I was giggled at on the phone and the general manager Ty (incompetent, blatantly unkind) blew me off saying they would “take care of me next time” not even asking my name.
I understand hating your job, but why would you be so mean and blatantly disrespectful (or perhaps prejudiced?) to someone? AND MY DOG?! That’s the worst part. My car is covered in strawberries, new shirt ruined, dog soaked and sticky. Been a customer at this location since I was a kid, it’s a damn shame to see this place so pathetic and crappy now.

I came back because my drink was missing whipped cream and toppings. The woman who served me was super rude as if it was my fault that they forgot the ingredients. She threw my drink on the counter in the worst way and didn't even apologize.

No issues with employees but the remodel is not great. Not much space and the seating that is there isn’t height friendly for wheelchair bound individuals. It’s a very “cold” environment now as well.
