I had an unfortunate experience at this location. The staff member who took my order seemed a bit rushed and wasn’t very friendly. I believe a more positive attitude would make a big difference. Additionally, my sandwiches were cold in the middle, which was disappointing. I hope the service and food quality improve in the future.

WISH I didn’t have to give a Star!! Just went ordered a venti Carmel brûlée latte received water flavored coffee! (Literally thought it was a joke!) I called spoke with Basel or Basil!! Oh, you can come another day just say my name they can remake it. Unapologetic, NO SHAME, just cool as can be. WHAT?! But what I SHOULD have heard was, let me go speak with the barista who made it, Maybe reiterate some new training, Please come back I’ll fix this for you right now!! NOTHING!! And THAT is why this keeps happening at this location!! POOR management, POOR quality and the first thing they want to ask for is a TIP?! this location is a joke and this crap they are serving is ALL THE TIME! POOR quality, POOR attitude at the windows(especially the very short older lady usually at the window, I do believe Caucasian, week days in the AM!!) she is HORRIBLE, customer service, her attitude, she should not work with ppl! I don’t complain much because there would be countless complaints about this location, I don’t have that kind of time. Today boiled my blood! Management, the customer service, the low/poor quality! Find an alternatives ppl!

Low rating due to having customers wait over 20 minutes for two coffees. Not just to me but for the rest of the people here. They prioritize mobile orders over walk-ins. Don't walk in. Order online.

I am a regular here, and it breaks my heart to see how understaffed they always are. I used to work at a Starbucks in Tennessee, I understand how hard it is to close with only two people. Shout out to Leylah and Basel for working so hard tonight. Starbucks please support your employees more!

9/18/25: I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapuccino Venti with extra caramel and extra crunch at the bottom and the top. My drink came with one of those preservative or stay fresh pouches in it. They blended it. I had drank half of my drink when I went in to show the manager. He took it out and discarded it before I could say anything and he only offered me a free drink. What if what I drank causes cancer in the future or something? I believe the staff was retaliating because they had made my drink wrong a couple days ago and charged me extra when they never added the product. I'm calling my local police station to see what I can do?

Placed a mobile order for 2 simple refreshers. The person that was speaking at the drive through was very rude and said “I’m understaffed, next time wait a while before coming. I’ll try to get that out to you” She has a very nasty attitude! And can’t even make a simple drink. It was so disgusting! And to be completely honest, I could care less that you’re understaffed. She’s probably the reason why the store is understaffed.
I love to make my own coffee at home, and I'm great at it. That's why I only go to Starbucks when I can't. :))

To start- I tipped 25% percent so no that’s not it. I feel very targeted as a woman in this situation.
Young guy lazily passed an unbalanced tray to me dumping it all over me, my car, and my dog. He proceeded to smirk and laugh right at me. I looked at him expecting him to apologize and offer a replacement but not at all he walked away. I went through the drivethru again and purchased the same $8 stupid drink for a friend when he proceeded to laugh more. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, I was giggled at on the phone and the general manager Ty (incompetent, blatantly unkind) blew me off saying they would “take care of me next time” not even asking my name.
I understand hating your job, but why would you be so mean and blatantly disrespectful (or perhaps prejudiced?) to someone? AND MY DOG?! That’s the worst part. My car is covered in strawberries, new shirt ruined, dog soaked and sticky. Been a customer at this location since I was a kid, it’s a damn shame to see this place so pathetic and crappy now.

I was having a rough day after hanging out with my in-laws. They always put me in a bad mood! Basil and Rachel were quick to greet me and ask how I was doing. They helped me make decisions for syrups I should put in my hot chocolate and it was delicious. They brightened my day and my hot chocolate was delicious.

Worst cappuccino ever,
Such a scam, four zips and it was gone. The papercup was genier than the amount of coffee.
Placed a mobile order for grande drink - brought my cup in (16 oz) it was 2-3 oz short. I asked if it was a tall and the lady asked if I want more milk. I said I’d like more of the entire drink (matcha latte with flavor)
There was a guy who made more but it’s just a weird position as someone who spent $ on a drink that’s not necessarily cheap. As a barista myself, I don’t give drinks that are underfilled or it’s just ripping off the customer
