I was having a rough day after hanging out with my in-laws. They always put me in a bad mood! Basil and Rachel were quick to greet me and ask how I was doing. They helped me make decisions for syrups I should put in my hot chocolate and it was delicious. They brightened my day and my hot chocolate was delicious.

No issues with employees but the remodel is not great. Not much space and the seating that is there isn’t height friendly for wheelchair bound individuals. It’s a very “cold” environment now as well.

Ever since this Starbucks has been remodeled many of the old employees are gone. The new employees are very short and can come off as rude. Most of my drinks don’t taste correct. I’m just kind of sad.
