I love this Starbucks! By far the best one I've come across! Leslie is amazing - she makes my mornings! the ENTIRE staff is so welcoming and awesome on every shift! They all remember me as soon as I start ordering at the speaker and it makes my day every time! They make the best drinks and ALWAYS give my extra caramel the RIGHT way! I appreciate the whole staff. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

This location is super slow instead going thru the drive thru i went inside do to the line being super long went in order oatmeal took them 13 minutes to give it to me for it to be dry like this out the window it went

Samuel in the drive thru today was an absolute breath of fresh air. It’s rare to find good customer service these days, and the only way I was disappointed today was to find out that I couldn’t tip him through the app. Not only did he ask me about my day, but asked me with genuine engagement of conversation. So sweet and kind, best customer service I’ve received from anywhere in a very long time. He deserves all of the flowers. I ordered a pretty large order and everything was correct. Great way to start my weekend.

Going in store is a very slow wait. They focus more on drive-thru traffic than people face to face.
Why does it take 10 minutes to get a plain black cup of coffee? You're better off going through drive through, even if it's a long line.
I've been buying Starbucks over at Lake Street, and the Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade over there is amazing and a job well done. Here however, isn't. I've bought here a couple of times, three to be exact, and it tastes nothing like your usual drink. To buy ice for $7.00 is not worth buying and coming back for.

I don’t frequent Starbucks. But I have to tell you this location has some wonderful people working there. I messed up my order. I ordered a cafe latte. I meant to order an iced cafe mocha. The barista was kind enough to pour into a cup of ice and added more whipped cream. I drove away and started drinking the coffee. It tasted wrong. I drove back around and explained what happened. The different barista made me what I actually had meant to order the first time. I confirmed what I should ask for next time so I don’t get it wrong again. Great customer service and delivered with a smile. Thank you for making it right, even though it was my error. I’ll be back soon!
