Each time I go to Starbucks my order is very specific. Due to the item being a little hot in the beginning I couldn't test it, but I was glad to see once it cooled down a little it was perfect. I will be returning to this Starbucks because they were friendly, upbeat and they got my order correct.

Honestly, I read the 1 star reviews and thought, whatever, rude. But, no. It’s true. I won’t be returning except to get my refund. How do you mess up a latte? Ask them, they know. I ordered two venti hot vanilla lattes with four pumps. I got two venti hot lattes, no vanilla. Took it back and instead of remaking them, the guy added a 1oz pump to each cup and handed them back to me. So I got two venti with one pump each. Crap.

I won’t be returning to this location. I was shocked to learn that the person who left a 5
-star review—Cherish—is actually the manager here. During my visit, I witnessed her showing videos on her phone to a coworker, who clearly looked uncomfortable. I don’t know what was being shown, but it was inappropriate in a work setting.

The bathroom was also in poor condition, with ants and sewer flies present.

What stood out most was how stressed the employees seemed whenever the manager was nearby. It was hard to watch. It’s clear the staff are doing their best, but they aren’t being supported or guided by effective leadership. That needs to change. I feel for the workers—they deserve better.

I was going to an event when I thought I would stop by for some coffee. When I received my coffee, the cap wasn't closed. I tried to close it and the drink spilled everywhere in my new car and on me. So, I had to go inside the Starbucks and get napkins. I cleaned my car for 10 minutes and there was still coffee everywhere, so I went to get more napkins and I explained what happened to one of the workers. The worker told me that they had defective caps which is why the cap wasn't closing with no apology. Starbucks shouldn't be selling defective caps knowingly to people. So, I went back outside in 90 degree weather and cleaned the rest of my car. I went back inside one more time to ask for a new cap and the worker gave me one that finally worked. So, it took me 20 minutes to clean my car, I was late for my event, and my new clothes were stained with coffee. I'm not coming back here again.

Today I came for a cakepop, and a tea. The ladies were so kind and the service is always exceptional! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area for those reasons. Anywho, a little while after my son realized that they wrote a sweet note on the bag!!! What a sweet way to connect with guests! Sure made our day! Thank you for the sweet surprise girls. You rock!
