Today I came for a cakepop, and a tea. The ladies were so kind and the service is always exceptional! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area for those reasons. Anywho, a little while after my son realized that they wrote a sweet note on the bag!!! What a sweet way to connect with guests! Sure made our day! Thank you for the sweet surprise girls. You rock!

Can not order on-site; accepts mobile orders only. Location now processes orders for pickup. Dunkin Donuts has drive-up ordering as well as an internal, walkup counter. And, the inside pick-up area feels dystopian.

Fast service and the inside of the location is nice. There is a drive-thru as well and an abundance of options. The prices are a bit high, but it’s Starbucks… what do you expect?

The worst customer service and worst attitude from servers. Ordered one drink, but they gave completely gave different drink. None of the servers accepted the mistake, really dumb manager too.
Worst experience ever at this location only! Asked for no ice in my drink and I got a cup 3/4 filled. Unbelievable, but worst part is that the manager said it’s the stores policy.

Very harsh employee raised their voice at me when I came to pick up my order because I didn’t have a car and couldn’t do drive through. I’m sorry that you had to close early but it still let me order in store pickup on the app so to yell at me is just not fair

By far one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to in the Aurora/Naperville area.
