Trina is this locations saving grace! I brought a large group in with special needs and she ensured that everything we ordered was correct and even brought our food to the table. Can't say enough about how wonderful she was.

I placed an order online and they sent the wrong food and beverages. I paid about $50 for my order, probably got $30 worth of food that I don’t like and milkshakes that I didn’t order. I contacted the driver and he said that’s the order he was given at the restaurant, and to contact them directly. I call their number and nobody picks up the phone. So, I end up with cold food I did not order and I don’t like. First and last time I place an order at this place. We go there all the time and we notice the people working there aren’t really nice or welcoming but we don’t pay much attention as we always have gotten our orders just fine, but this is totally unacceptable. We keep going back especially because this was the first place my husband and I had dinner when we first met (not a date, long story, but it’s, well, it was until today, a special place for us). Their phone has been ringing for over 10 min, I’m still waiting for anyone to pick up. Horrible customer service, don’t go there unless you are mentally prepared to be disappointed.

I visited on a Monday afternoon (11/3) and was taken care of by Darius. He revealed that he was the only one working at the establishment at the time; yet, he made my order in a very reasonable amount of time. He's very polite and checked in to make sure that he remembered my customizations (I asked for no cherry) correctly. It was busy in the drive-thru and in-store and he handled it very well. I'm writing this so that he can get the recognition that he deserves...I couldn't imagine being the only worker to take care of both drive-thru AND in-store.

Placed an online order, waited the appropriate time before driving over to arrive when food would be ready, what a joke that was! When I walked in, saw my order was not ready in the pick up section, so I stood back and waited, first time using the app. As I waited, I saw a family of 3 order at the kiosk. Did it surprise me when the food that family ordered was given before mine. I asked inquired twoce, once to confirm my order was in the system and another to see why I had been waiting over 30 minutes. While the cook appeared to be apologetic, the lack of organization skills to manage incoming meals and acknowledgement of the lack of service from the manager on duty is enough to make me never come back. I have been a fan of this establishment since a teenager, on road trips and family outings. This location made me feel so disrespected by the lack of care I will never spend another dime at a steak and shake. BTW, fries were cold and cook claimed my order was big. It was 2 burgers with fries and a kid’s meal. There was also an another customer who came in as I waited from the drive thru to pay for her food, which was not ready and staff could provide an estimate of cook time. LACK OF MANAGEMENT AND PROPER TRAINING. What a joke of an establishment.
