Not the whole staff was rude but it took 40 plus mins for food. One of the cooks and what seemed like the manager were going back and forth and they brought the whole morale down for the team. You could see it on their faces. The whole dining area heard the drama. Throwing things and throwing a tantrum is over the top. Burgers were salty and overcooked. The only saving grace was the fries. Sad to see this place go down, wouldn't be surprised if it's next to close.

This is the worst steak and shake I've ever been to i waited 25 min for 1 burger with NO ONE ELSE IN THE Restaurant the 2 employees seem more worried about cussing and talking inappropriate then fixing my food

There is no human to take your order. I'm not comfortable with the electronic ordering kiosk, the sun was shining right on it so you couldn't see the screen, and touching what you wanted rarely worked without touching harder and harder till it went through.
Came to get a burger for my pregnant wife. Got there at 9:40 and was turned away because they had already “cleaned the grill”. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different restaurant in the area.

One of workers was being rude she exclaimed there was running and shoving when we had came in we were confused and tried to explain what happened but she would not let us talk and kept yelling at us to get out and had said she will call the cops on us if we did not leave. The most unwelcoming and rude lady.
