Food is good, cat rice is definitely 10/10 along with gyoza. Al was my server and he was a really chill guy 10/10

Always a pleasure to enjoy ramen and other tasty dishes at Strings. I enjoyed service for one of my favorite servers Destiny. Even at her busiest moments she finds times to say hello ad make me feel welcomed.

Highly recommending this place, great service and food is just amazing as well. We went to String noodle yesterday and really enjoyed our dinning experience there. I ordered my favorite Shoyu ramen and my family ordered Tonkotsu ramen. Thank you Lisa for your great service and hospitality which always makes it a great joy to dine there!

Strings is worth the try. satisfying ramen and chicken gyoza in Naperville area. it can get busy on weekend nights, but service was still good.
our server (i think his name was Al) was quite patient, accommodating and very friendly.

definitely will come back to try more noodles.

First time trying Ramen and I loved it! I will always come back, especially with the atmosphere and service. My server was Al, he was very friendly and informative with what kinds of ramen a first-time customer should try, and he suggested shio ramen. I loved it! Hope to have him as my server again

great atmosphere and friendly servers who are honest and helpful. the food is alright -- not amazing and had some pitfalls, but overall an enjoyable experience and worth a try.

the kaisen don was a special advertised in the front of the store. it was composed of various seasoned fish, an egg, and garnishes atop a bed of rice. i thought it was overall too salty, and i wish that there were unseasoned fish portions to keep the dish fresh -- it was a bit overwhelming and had only the rice to balance the flavors.

the chicken karaage was nicely crunchy; however, it was more breading than it was chicken.

the curry ramen was okay. i was expecting the classic japanese curry flavor, but it tasted like curry powder and lacked the thickness and flavor of traditional japanese curry.

overall, i would probably return to try other dishes, but it wouldn't be my first choice to return here for the food itself.

I go this place often! Love love love their ramen. The service from Lisa and the rest of the staff is fast! The restaurant is clean! And the food is phenomenal!

It pains me to write this negative review! Strings has always been a family favorite.

But maaaan this location sure dropped the ball tonight. I enthusiastically brought friends with us to try our favorite ramen shop. Total of 16 people, 5 kids, 11adults. There were 3 available adjacent tables that would have allowed at least 14 people of our party to sit together. But NO, lady in charge of seating forcefully insisted on breaking up the party in order to NOT have all 16 people be served by one server, thus taking all the TIPS. While I understand her logic, I do not understand her rigid refusal to even listen to suggestion and why it was too difficult for her to temporarily assign 2-3 different servers to the 3 adjacent tables if customer satisfaction was even considered here.

On a positive note, server Destiny was top notch!

I love going to this place, so it was really disappointing to get a bad case of food poisoning. I had the tonkotsu pork belly black garlic ramen and the wood ear mushroom salad

I love this ramen shop. It's clean and tidy. Anything on the menu is delicious. It's nice to meet the manager Rebecca. She's very warm and friendly. I will eat here often.

I love strings. I have been to several other locations. And the food is always delicious. I am so happy that now they have more drink options. The only thing I miss is their green bean wasabi appetizer.

But they now have takoyaki which is so good. Also, you have to try the wood ear salad.

And of course the Ramen is so delicious. The broth that they make every day are amazing. I don’t think I have ever been to another Ramen place. That makes such good broth. They have lots of options for different Ramen.

The staff is always very attentive and friendly. And this place is very clean. I have never been to a Strings location that had dirty tables or dirty floors. Even the bathrooms are always super clean.

I honestly feel like this is one of the best restaurants to eat at in Aurora. Anytime we’re in the area. This is the only place we eat at.
