Charged $20 for a foot long chips and a hard as heck pretzel! I told her chicken bacon ranch and she put it in the computer as a chicken sandwywith extra bacon which is $2.20. Rip off. Obviously they are doing that to make more money in a dishonest way!!

The manager was on her phone yelling the entire time I was trying to eat. TAKE YOUR ARGUMENTS OUTSIDE! Another employee was on her phone in the back section next to my table while sweeping. One or the other. Sweep OR talk on the phone. If you choose sweep, DO NOT do it beside my table while eating. If you choose talking on phone, do it ON YOUR BREAK! Total disregard for customers here. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff is friendly but man they are so stingy with their ingredients. It's annoying having to ask for more than two spinach leafs on your sandwich. Don't even get me started about the meat.

I love the sandwiches from this fast food chain, and I'm always looking for new places, the truth is that today was not my lucky day….. I like to be posting this type of comment, rather that they see it as constructive criticism and serve to improve. The young man who served me despite the fact that there was no one in the premises, prepared my sandwich on the run, I did not like his aptitude at all and his clothes were very dirty in black but white spots stood out everywhere.

Subway staff, service and food was okay but it would have been better if they hadn't discontinued the swiss cheese.

I have ordered here multiple times, and they've done a good job. The problem is recently, they've been cancelling my pickup orders and they claim my orders are fake, and that I've used a stolen card. Despite multiple ways of proving it's me, and that I've ordered there many times they refuse to serve me and give me a really hard time.I've also seen multiple Doordash drivers get denied as well. They're wasting so much time and money of people who drive there to pickup orders for work, or leisure. I would never go back to this Subway after my terrible experiences recently. If you do any sort of online order, DO NOT order here, trust me.Edit: not only did they not refund me my money, they actually marked the order as picked up and finished. They still charged my card and took my money, without giving me any food. Needless to say, I've filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Ugh, this Subway has really gone down hill. I went here the other day and the romaine lettuce was a reddish brown, the chips were at a bare minimum selection, and the bread looked a day (or two old). The two workers appeared uninterested and appeared to hate their jobs.... I don't blame them; this Subway needs some serious help.

Well... they got it done...I guess... walked in at 8:40. Yes, I know they close at 9. Not a single hi or anything. Got our order after feeling like we were talking to a wall. I am overly polite. Almost to a fault actually because I also work in the service industry. Couldn’t get a hi, goodbye or even a thank you out of these people. These poor kids look like they just woke up. Who lets their staff members go to work in sweatpants? Maybe I’m just old school but could they be any lazier? This was a sad experience. I have not actually eaten the sandwiches yet but I’m sure they are just fine. Just saying their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The pictures near the front of the store have razor sharp metal frames. They’re right next to the table I was seated at and when I went to sit down my shoulder grazed the corner of one, cutting my shoulder through my shirt. Very unsafe.
