I was a foodie for Taco Bell but never again after I saw this worm in my taco!! I called and they didn’t even seem to care and didn’t even take down my info. I didn’t want my money back I wanted them to check everything because someone else is going to get this worms too!! 🤮I’m calling the health department this is ridiculous! I hate you Taco Bell I was a good customer!!

Chris in the drive-through took very great care of me. He made sure that I had everything that I wanted. He was very nice and sincere and even recommended me some great options. Very nice guy and he also took The time to change a few options, although I was very indecisive. Give this guy a raise

The food was so disappointed I didn't eat it all, they can do better next time and the workers was so disrespectful to Mexican people and Chinese people they know that some people struggle with english they was a guy the speak Spanish but he didn't want to and he was being so mean to the people who speak Spanish they can do better.
Food is always cold whenever I have ordered and it's been at least 4 times. And when they aren't even busy. And they have lousy attitudes at the windows like it's my fault they hate their job....learn to code I guess.
I had gone a few nights ago and got 3 cheesy Gordita crunch and a burrito supreme meal and there was a long black hair in one of my tacos that was very upsetting
