My parents went and brought 2 boxes of 12 hard shell tacos. Every one of them were broken. When we called the store back the employee immediately stated that it wasn’t their fault. That when they opened the shells they weren’t cracked. He never apologized or offered any remedy for the matter. My kids are little and having crumbled tacos were hard for them to eat. I feel like the whole ordeal was minor but the immediate attitude from “Auberto?” Was uncalled for. I’d give zero stars if I could!

This is a great taco bell. 98% of the time my food is fantastic. Good portions, and I can only count on 1 hand any mistakes that were made with the last 100+ orders I've had here. Any mistakes I did have were easily solved cuz their customer service is really good. Occasionally they might not grill a burrito if you selected it to be grilled, but it doesn't happen all the time. Either way I really have no complaints about this taco bell. Also has a nice staff and I see they retain staff well so that means they likely treat their employees well.

Quite possibly the cleanest Taco Bell in the area. Our order came back quickly and precisely. The manager Roberto was considerate and accommodating. I will definitely make this my first choice as far as locations.

Of everything that was ordered the best item was the beans and rice. Overpriced and small serving. The steak quesadilla was disgusting. The steak looked like it had been thru the blender, baby pieces and mushy. No flavor whatsoever! Definitely doesn't look anything like the photo on the menu board. In general this chain has gone downhill. I thought so 5 months ago but went to a different location and again very disappointed.
Always a late night stop for us. Hot and fast for evening fast food!
