Sometimes it is hit or miss with Taco Bell as far as the service, the food, and the cleanliness but this particular one has never done me wrong. Their pricing is very good when you order online unlike some other locations, their staff is always very friendly, and the food is ready very quickly and is served hot.

I never have a issue when I come to this location but this time was horrible! Not only was my food made wrong and missing items but the bad attitude caked on makeup face little girl at the drive thru gave me so much nasty attitude for asking for more than 4 packets of hot sauce for over 10 items I ordered ( even though several items were missing which I didn't know at the time when asking for sauce) I didn't know asking for sauce and napkins would cause so much unnecessary attitude! Customer service isn't for everyone and she definitely needs to get a different job if she's going to be giving nasty attitude as if the cost of sauce and napkins is taken out her paycheck! I hope someone that's not nice checks her attitude next time! Management please get your staff in check!

I stop today to get some food order #6 chalupa combo when I got home chalupas had more lettuce and tomatoes it was really hard to find the chicken really disappointed won’t stop here ever again

My parents went and brought 2 boxes of 12 hard shell tacos. Every one of them were broken. When we called the store back the employee immediately stated that it wasn’t their fault. That when they opened the shells they weren’t cracked. He never apologized or offered any remedy for the matter. My kids are little and having crumbled tacos were hard for them to eat. I feel like the whole ordeal was minor but the immediate attitude from “Auberto?” Was uncalled for. I’d give zero stars if I could!
