First this place isn't welcoming if you're not Latino. From my experience standing in line the service is so much different if you speak Spanish as they're met with smiles and just a better overall service. It's uncomfortable the way they talk to you like you're an idiot.Being charged $1.50 extra for avocado when the menu clearly say .60. Second, the handling different food and tools without wearing gloves is not okay. They also have a tendency to get your order wrong and when you try your best to corret them they make it seem like its your fault. I go here because it close to my job and I sometimes get the taste for a burrito or Taco and with what I've experienced the past few times I rather go down the street. I even tip! Never feel appreciated being here and I won't spend my money in this place anymore. Horrible service. Especially the lady up front.

Order 1 steak taco,1 steak Gordita,1 chicken taco fried..Didn't have Gordita, so ok then since no gordita order was 1 steak,2 of the chicken. Recved1 steak,3 chicken taco but only 1chicken taco Fried 2 soft tacos. Not what I ordered I let the waitress know her response was I ordered 2 chicken ,1steak yes 2 chicken fried not 2 soft, 1 fried. Payed for 2tacos I didn't eat .Atmosphere was warm, greasy, tv. loud .rushed to order. Do not recommend

Ordered a torta without jalapeños and received it with jalapeños. Call and the person i spoke to stated i could come back another day to get it made correctly. She also stated she was the owner and to mention we spoke if she was not available. 3 days later i decided to get my torta and called it in along with another torta and quesadilla. The lady that answered kept coughing in the phone and talking to others but finally completed the order. I arrive 15 minutes later as i was told by the lady on the phone who happens to be the sister of the owner and the cook tells me oh we don’t have anymore tortas. I tell him why wouldn’t they call me back to tell me and he just stared at me. I then just walked out. Such a waste of time and horrible customer service. They can keep their free torta especially with someone coughing up a lung so close to the kitchen. Definitely need to upgrade their service and/or staff.
