My first time ordering Chilaquiles verdes with cheese from los cuates with new management. The chilaquiles were freshly made with a delicious side of sliced avocado, rice and beans.
Los Cuates (formerly Chololua’s Kitchen) has a classic, no-frills setup that works for a casual meal out. Inside, there’s one long table that’s perfect for a bigger group, one round table that fits about six, a handful of smaller four-seaters, and around six booths that also seat four each.
The place definitely has a worn-in feel. The bathroom could use some attention, and a few of the booth seats are ripped—just small things that could use a refresh....

Today they brought us tortas from there and let me tell you that they were amazing!! The salsa was even delicious as well. Haven't had a good torta like this in a while. Keep it up
