Used to love to eat the potato skins....even asking for extra cheese ...isn't Xtra...and the menu gets smaller and smaller...but the quality is still there...sometimes just not enough for what they are charging

Don't go here unless you want to be charged 3xthey ran my card 3x over$100+ and then when you call about it no one knows what to do and they keep passing it on to the next person couldn't even get a call back after a week.. manager's are very unprofessional and don't know how to talk correctly Scarlett kept cussing while trying to have normal conversation and then the gm never called me back so after a week of this it's still not figured out I have to dispute with bank unprofessional and horrible service don't go here food was cold as well

The server Barbie is a very professional, helpful, and caring worker. She always made sure that we were taken care of even on really busy nights.

The manager did a great job on getting our gift card to work, and the food was great, except my wife didn't really like her pasta dinner the sauce was very thick and not seasoned correctly. But next time we will try something new.

Went on Saturday at 530pm and the place was 1/2 empty. Service took 15 mins just to come around for drink orders. Ordered chips and salsa which never came and the entree (Cajun pasta) was really overcooked and greasy. The place too was just

My wife and I went for Friday dinner at TGI fridays Aurora. One of the worst experience I ever had. I placed order for crispy whiskey combo, in which I substituted mashed potato for fries as I am lactose intolerant. My wife ordered sizzling chicken and shrimp. We were waiting for more than 30min for food to come. At this time, we were seeing people who came later than us were receiving food. When asked another new waiter was saying it's almost ready. When the food finally came, my wife's order came as expected. However, my order came rack of ribs with mashed potato and fries along with side plate of fries. I mention the new waiter my order was not right because crispy whiskey combo supposed to vegetable, crispy shrimp, substituted fries and ribs. The waiter looked at me rudely and said can't I not have this way. I mentioned I am lactose in tolerant. The waiter then took my order back and left side plate of fries. After more than 10min, I received my order. The fries were cold indicating it was not fresh, I tried ribs but was not juicy as it usually is. Shrimp was overly breaded. The only good thing was vegetables. I look at the bill, I see that I was charged for side plate of fries. I mentioned the waiter I didn't place an side order of fries. I assumed the fries was part of my meal as substitute for mashed potato. The waiter went on to say that I should have known it is extra. How am I suppose to know thats extra when my meal has fries in it? It was very clear to me this restaurant is short staffed and waiters are making mistakes with order. The mix up of order forced me to pay extra for fries. I was feeling unpleasant vibes the entire time. This will definitely be my last visit.

This location has changed so much. The waiter that took care of us was so nice, which is why we didn't leave. The food wasn't good at all. Menu is so limited. I remember when this place used to be packed out, especially when they had karaoke. I hope it gets better, or their doors will probably be closing soon ?

Barbie was the best. My kids and boyfriend and I enjoyed her service. There was also a customer there who is a regular. And she was just as awesome as Barbie ! Glad I stopped in here to eat definitely will be back!
