Halloween, Christmas, fine china pots and cups from Asia and The British Isles. A true Mom and Pop store! The freshest teas around. Always one of my stops when I’m in Aurora.

Shop here, you will not regret it! Dave is a wonderful person and so knowledgeable! This shop has all kinds of gifts, but especially tea and tea sets! They do gifts baskets and ship to most states as well for those not local to Aurora IL. They have a cute room where they host paint and sips for groups and Dave supports local artists and has a little gallery hallway where he hosts a new local artist each month. I will definitely will be getting my gifts and baskets here. Support small businesses!

A couple of weeks ago, I stumbled into The Cornucopia Shop. I was browsing for a gift, and I started chatting with the shop’s owner, Dave. Dave shared that the store was his wife’s dream. His wife, also named Katie, had over 40 years of retail experience that she wanted to funnel into her own adventure. She merchandised every corner and table with love, from tea that she procured to the gift baskets that she meticulously arranged.
Katie passed away last December, and Dave’s been trying to keep the store going ever since. I’m grateful, and not even a little surprised, that I felt pulled into the shop to hear their story. If you’re in downtown Aurora, take a walk around the corner to the little tea shop on Broadway. I’m sure you’ll be glad you did.

This shop is such a wonderful place. I never even drank tea before! My daughter wanted some tea and a tea set so I took her here to shop for her birthday. There are so many beautiful sets to choose from, we couldn't decide and got two. There is also a very large selection of teas, so many we want to try. I have been back a few more times and there is always a treat or tea flavor we want to try. Dave, the part owner is gracious and friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Shopping at Cornucopia is just such a warm and pleasant experience.
We had a fantastic experience at this amazing tea shop in Aurora IL! We were in town for the morning for the Farmers Market, and I happened to notice there was a tea shop a block away. Being a tea drinker, and only seeing coffee stands at the Market, I felt the need to go check out the shop. The shop owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. He is a great guy, and is clearly interested in not only just selling tea, but in his entire community thriving. This is evident by his passion for Aurora, his support of various local artists, and the events he hosts for families, children, local artists, etc. But yes he also sells great tea for serious tea drinksrs, as well as a large selection of mostly tea-themed home and party decor. I was mostly interested in tea, and ended up purchasing a good sized (and reasonably priced) bag of English Breakfast black tea. I have made 2 pots of this tea now and I can tell you that it's very high quality tea! He has so many other choices also: blacks, oolongs, greens, chai, herbals, all both in their pure form and with various added flavors. It was fun to hear his passion as he talked about the quality of the tea, and how his distributors know and visit tea growers all over the world to find the very best. And, if you're not nearby Aurora, he ships his tea for free! Please, please, please get to this amazing gem in Aurora, either in person or online!

There were so many wonderful things in this shop, I can't wait to go back! You can buy incredible loose leaf tea, tea sets, treats, even treats for your pup! They have tea parties and sip n paint events, oh my gosh, there is so much to lovee! Not least of all is Dave who runs the shop, what a sweetheart!!

This place is very adorable and has lots of gourmet fresh tea! They have tea parties and painting every weekend and it’s a very welcoming and inviting place. The owner is very knowledgeable about tea and brewing. They have lots of adorable tea pots, tea cups, etc etc. if you like cottage core, or coquette, then you should come here.
