Bad attitude, only in and out in less than 2 minutes because there was a private event that booked the whole place out. Had they talked to us nicer I would consider coming back and trying it again but instead was mocked and gawked at. Thanks for that.

Would give this establishment 0 stars but unfortunately that is not an option. Before experiencing the lack of hospitality for myself, I read the numerous negative reviews but wanted to give a local business the benefit of the doubt. I would have been better off spending my money and time elsewhere. Leaky ceiling in a high traffic area which caused a puddle with no "wet floor" sign in sight. There was little to no toilet paper in the majority of the ladies room stalls. Drink specials advertised on the website were "not applicable." Employees attempt to up-charge for tables early in the night that are free to sit at an hour later. Rude interactions with seemingly disrespectful staff that are uninformed and argumentative when speaking with paying customers. I would recommend an alternative with better ratings in the area such as The Town or Paulie's.

Unfortunately, the table l purchased was not the table we were seated at. Sometime between buying and day of concert, some one changed the seating chart.
The venture has an awesome sound system BUT... don't waste your time on a VIP tickets unless you want to keep asking people to get out of your seats and OMG don't say anything to the staff. You will be in the wrong...... wost experience ever!!!!!

The Summer's Last Dance event that was held this weekend (9/28/24) was an OUTSTANDING event! The talent was fantastic, especially considering the price! 10 out of 10, Piazza! Please, more of this! Food and drinks were a fair price. Your staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Really, great job! Am planning on coming back for the Crystal Method in November!!
