The general manager was perfect the lady in the white shirt great customer service her name started with an A i belive. The other manager in the gray shirt with the blondish hair I spent over 60 bucks and she argued with me and my son about us getting 1 more pack of ranch sauce. The other employees looked embarrassed. The salad person gave me the dressing. Not sure if the owner's read these but please do better with picking your managers.

Terrible service. My meal arrived missing a side order, and despite waiting, the waiter never bothered to bring it. No follow-up, no apology. I eventually had to get up and retrieve the side myself. Completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism.

The Patio Restaurant in Fox Valley Center, Aurora is a top-notched Barbecue Restaurant. The quality of every meal is consistent -- made to order, fresh, and the meat is always tender and full of flavor.

It doesn't matter whether you choose to dine-in, or carry-out, the quality of the meat is outstanding, and slow-smoked to perfection.

I order a carry-out lunch or dinner from The Patio every week. My favorites are their
ribs and rotisserie chicken. Another favorite is their Beef Brisket sandwich with their phenomenal BBQ sauce. Absolutely delicious!

The Patio has a welcoming staff. They are courteous, friendly, and always helpful.

The quality of the meat at The Patio, and the balance of the sauce and homemade sides, are a great experience.

For the best Barbecue Restaurant in the western suburbs, I recommend The Patio, Fox Valley Center Drive, in Aurora.

Came here as we ordered some catering and scheduled it for pick-up. The food is great and the prices are good for catering. Would definitely come back and open to trying other items on the menu. The environment seemed relaxed or casual and chill.

Great place for BBQ with a huge seating area, very comfy, with high chairs for kids. Efficient pickup and drive thru options too. Service is excellent. Highly recommend the rib combos (especially with the brisket). Good rewards system too!

I always come to the drive-thru, and Ava and Julian are always friendly and attentive. The chicken kabobs are consistently fresh and delicious. It’s one of my favorite restaurants by far.
