I ask for my smoothies to be double blended EVERYTIME I order. I do not enjoy chewing chucks of ice for a SMOOTHIE…they never double blend it. It’s $10 a smoothie…I deserve to have my order how I ordered it. We will not be returning. Some of the workers are rude. I feel as if I’m inconveniencing them to do their job. My advice, make the drive to Jamba Juice.

It wasn’t until I went to another Tropical Smoothie that I realized this was the best Tropical Smoothie. Everything you get here is picture perfect to what is being advertised. The food tastes good EVERY TIME. When I use the app my food is waiting for me on time, still cool and fresh. Best Tropical Smoothie location!
Also, I honestly don't know what's up with all the bad food reviews? I go here twice a week and have been pleasantly surprised that I've never had a bad tasting smoothie. The places in Naperville always have this apple juice bittersweet after taste I never liked. This place has nice fruity sweet smoothies without fail. Seriously, as someone who does come here twice a week, try it for yourself with the affordable kid size smoothie, worst case scenario you lost $5, best case scenario you found you're new favorite smoothie place like I did!

Ordered an Acai bowl with peanut butter and extra Nutella I guess they gave me extra peanut butter because there was an entire thick layer under the granola I like peanut butter but not that much checked the receipt and it was correct to what I ordered so not sure how they managed that
Come here often and it’s always a hit or miss. Food is always good, however for smoothies there’s usually a lot of thick chucks that weren’t blended long enough & today got a smoothie that tasted extremely bitter. When we asked to get it remade the manager refused & said we had to purchase it again after I already spent $40 to 2 wraps and 2 smoothies. Had to call corporate to request a refund which even they made it sound like the manager didn’t do the right thing.

If you read the reviews it's VERY obvious that the absent owners really don't care about the bad reviews and give the same cookie cutter responses. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, I gave them ample opportunities to make it right and got a blank stare. It's the little issues that will keep adding up and ruin this location. Management needs training unfortunately.
