My husband and I love to visit whenever we have guests over or when we are getting Potbelly’s for dinner! Everyone working here is friendly and welcoming. We have tried their Taro milk tea, Thai milk tea and a couple of their lava milks and they are solid! I do love that their boba is genuinely soft as intended. I have had a few in the area where the boba is still a bit hard. I also loved how observant the staff is. I went caring in many things include my Potbelly’s and one staff member who handed my drink offered a bag to help me with the carrying load. It was such amazing hospitality! We will continue to come here.

I asked for 50% sweetness but the barista made it wayyyy too sweet to the point that it is not edible. I had to throw it out.

Hands down the best taro milk tea I’ve ever had.

Vannie’s House has officially ruined all other boba for me. Their taro tea is next-level. It’s incredibly smooth, perfectly creamy, and packed with real, rich taro flavor (not that artificial powdery taste you get elsewhere). Every sip is velvety and balanced, not overly sweet, just perfect.

And the tapioca…🤤. Warm, soft, fresh, and literally melts in your mouth. You can tell it’s made with care and served exactly how boba should be. The texture is flawless—no hardness, no chewiness that fights back, just pure perfection.

I’ve tried taro milk tea all over the place, and nothing comes close. If you’re even thinking about ordering it, do it. Vannie’s House sets the standard. 🧋✨

Best Boba/ café place ever! Great and friendly staff! Love the decore too. Won’t go to any other boba spot. I always try something new and it’s usually delicious. Very extensive and creative menu. Please come and visit at all times. They have punch cards too as a bonus. We love it hear and will continue to come back 💜

So I went here on a whim, Kids loved it. Hit the spot. Yummy! My son got the slushy which I didn’t like, I absolutely loved the iced lava milk, salted cream, brown sugar/L2 and my daughter who loves boba got. Something milky, TARo milk tea with with dragon fruit boba. Hit the a spot!

I really enjoy this place. Always clean and quick service. My go to drink in the salted caramel iced coffee.

Love this place. Very nice vibe , relaxed and cozy. I had coconut matcha latte and it did not disappoint. Perfect temperature and the right amount of sweetness as to no thyme away from the matcha. They truly hand craft all drinks. I will definitely be going back to try their selection of boba teas.

Paid more than $8 for half a cup of the Vietnamese coffee lol…just because I ordered no ice (and they did not mention on their order website that the drink will be half-filled if you select the no ice option). Not even tasting good😅

I come here now almost every day in place of Starbucks. Staff is exceptional and kind, and the most amazing tasting drinks ever…
I get the coffee slushy with brown sugar and tapioca pearls. Best blended drink I’ve ever had.
