Taste is good but the girl didn’t tell me what was extra. She asked me if I wanted tapioca and I said yes. I got the receipt and she charged me for it. Why ask me about it as if it’s included? I even asked for less also and was charged full. Then I’m not gonna go back to the register for .75, just it could add up.

Went in on a rainy Wednesday and when I arrived there was no worker in sight for like the first 5 minutes…. Then when she finally appeared, she was very moody and overall not pleasant to deal with. My drink was made quite swiftly but tasted sour for some reason and my cup was also sticky??? idk what the short young lady’s problem was but definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I recently visited Vivi’s Boba and although their quick service was a definite advantage, my overall experience was underwhelming. The drink I ordered turned out to be unexpectedly salty, which was not indicated on the menu, leaving me feeling misled. Furthermore, the shortage of tapioca pearls in my drink was disappointing, as they are a fundamental element of any boba tea. Lastly, the Taro flavor had an unusual, poorly blended consistency, resembling gritty pureed carrot with a thick, oily texture at the bottom, rather than the creamy taste I anticipated. Despite the efficient service, these issues detracted from the overall enjoyment of my visit, and I hope Vivis Boba can address these issues to enhance their customers' experience in the future.

I would have rated this a 5 star if it weren't for the service. The servers here are always in a bad mood. Did not smile or say thank you. The bobas are really soft and chewy and their fresh fruit drinks with aloe are the best.
Worst boba I ever had tbh, and the pictures on the menu are very falsely advertised to the actual drink you're given. $14 for two drinks and my boyfriend had to throw his away. They were both not sweet at all and mine was weirdly salty and some of the bobas were hard. Not going back, and it's sad because the inside is super cute and I was really excited.
