Are you at Wendy's a lot every other day.
My first time eating at this Aurora location honestly I could say it's the best I've had in a while everything was fresh and hot I get a Dave's double extra pickles cheese ketchup mustard! 🔥💯 The young team is killing it!!! Watch out other locations. Move over Santa's got a new team 🧑‍🎄

Ordered a combo meal that included fries. When asking for a barbecue sauce for the fries, was told they would have to charge 50 cents for 1 pack of barbecue sauce. At other Wendy's places I could get the barbecue sauce packet for free and sometimes they would give 2 or 3 sauces.
Here, after being told it would cost 50 cents, I just rolled my eyes and quickly turned away to take my meal to eat and be seated at the table, turning my back to the front register.
How ridiculous to wanting to charge 50 cents for a condiment and I had already purchased the combo using a credit card and had no cash or coins to even pay 50 cents for something should have been complimentary/free.

I put in a mobile order for my lunch to think I was going to get it, at by the time I got there but, they still had me waiting 20 mins to get my mobile order and there was like 5 cars that past me and I still not had got my food.

I order a baconater n got the son of a baconater instead. Paid $20 for a meal that was incorrect. My meal was to be large size n got a med fries with a few fries . The frosty I ordered was the caramel and was melted. When called the store no one answered… The guy at the window was rude as hell too . Very bad service

The guy in the window taking our order had one of the worst customer service in the history of our sport. I was already sad cuz I lost money in the casino, so I tried to cope by eating some Wendy's, but the guy in the window was giving me a lot of attitude, when I asked a simple question about the AI lady taking my order. He was very rude to me, which made me even more sad 😢 . I usually respect fast food employees since I was a former fast food employee, but this guy made me lose all respect for him. Also NO, I DON'T WANT THE MURDER MYSTERY MEAL! I want my biggie bag after losing in the casino. Who am I Bill Gates?! In all seriousness, that guy needs to chill with his tone towards the customers. Despite this bad experience, this biggie bag is hitting as I'm writing this review. Pretty bad experience though.

The guy acted as if he didn’t want to work his job acted as if he couldn’t do a side or the taki powder then I received the fries from here and they barely had any seasoning at all on them wish I could rate a zero and then didn’t even receive a receipt

No one would help us with kiosk so then we ordered on phone still had a question no one could help us with that either I was told to hold on the place has trash all over all tables were dirty never again.

The burgers were dry. The fries were warm, at best with no real taste. ALL the drinks from the soft drink machine tasted off. 5 drinks could not be finished. Chicken nuggets, though, were good.

I've asked for extra sauce for my nuggs and paid for it but didn't get it. Plus I didn't even get my ranch!!! This has happened more than once. When I go to ask about it I get the window closed in my face!!!

Wendy’s is open till 2a.m.
As a a consumer I appreciate that.
But man their staff is creating a drift that needs to be addressed and corrected.

I’m writing this review while I waited 10mins in the drive thru.

Train your staff to understand the situation and the job functions they applied for.
