Guy at the window was so impatient that he just told us to leave. We used to order here all the time. Won't come back as long as that is what we can expect.

By far the worst experience i have literally ever had from a fast food restaurant! That drive through female literally rushes and sighs when you want to order more and literally has an attitude the whole time! The manager was even super rude and didn’t want to help out on a question i had regarding my order and told me to look at the receipt,closed the window and walked off with an attitude! Will never come here again and will make sure to tell anyone i know to not go there. Definitely corporate has to see this place because the other reviews have similar experiences unfortunately. And im sure anything more than 1 star they were either bribed or one of the employees im sure of this because this spot sucks!

Im not one to really leave a review and Im pretty understanding when things dont come out the best, but here’s why I would leave ZERO STARS. When pulling up to drive though after the first thing we ordered the lady said “ok have a good night”, we didn’t even get to finish our sentence and every time we ordered something she loudly sighed and when it came time to pay we asked for a military discount and she didn’t even ask just said no (not the most important thing but we know they do it and she said it with attitude) but even still it was her whole demeanor that made even paying super uncomfortable. Furthermore, when receiving our food they gave us the food WRONG! And when we mentioned they just told us to check the receipt and closed the window and just walked away! We waited and even honked (I never do that because I think it’s rude but had too) and she still didn’t come out so we had to leave and go to another Wendy’s to get our missing food having us to pay extra.
Look I know where human and we have our bad days but I know what it’s like working with people and this is just not it! Next time ask to be in the back if interacting with customers is just not for you.

Forgets things all the time, plus they always have the most incapable staff at night times causing the line to wrap around the entire building. It’s like the second midnight comes around no one remembers how to do their job here

This Wendy's definitely has the worst staff out of all the ones in the area!

BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HURT YOUR MOUTH WITH EARRINGS IN YOUR FOOD! I would not even give it one star! I found an earring in my chicken sandwich and when I came back and showed them they denied that the earring was any of theirs. When I tried to explain to them how the earring hurt my tongue and gums when biting into the sandwich they continued to deny responsibility. I tried making a report and said that they would not give me a report or any information to follow up with what happened to me. While I was waiting for the manager the workers kept talking about the situation in Spanish and insinuating that it was my earring. Little did they know I could understand them fully.

I usually get breakfast here i like the ,
Biscuits and gravy.There is a black dude with glasses who does a good job The little Mexican lady is rude and didn't respect my issue which was there not enough gravy.This has happened with me before and I just dealt with it but I told myself that the next time I would say something and she did nothing so I asked for my money back.Now I have found a new place to get good service at Dennys and they have my biscuits and gravy.As for Wendy's I don't go as much no more it seems like the ppl there just don't care and that's sad
