Don’t quite understand when walking into Wendy’s & standing at the corner that employees look at you but no one comes to counter for several minutes.

After a long busy day of driving to the airport and back, I was feeling a little hungry so I stopped at Wendy's for my family. I ordered our food, and then we received it. I checked it, and instead of a 10 piece for my kid, I received a chicken club! When I went inside to tell them, they insisted, "We need the chicken club back, sir." I said I couldn't give it back, and I bickered for about 5 minutes to get my nuggets, having to again pay for them. When I got back to the vehicle, my son had them, and they were spicy! This is why we eat McDonald's in this household.

I tried to use a coupon on the app and their computer wasn't reading it and the cashier laughed in my face telling me I only have a penny on my account. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
