Yet again, another Wendy's to avoid. Same as the one on Route 31... they claim they have to charge 60 cents for a very small
packet of barbecue sauce just to dip the fries into. However they may offer ketchup for free and perhaps the barbecue sauce packets are free if one orders their nuggets though.

$0.60 just seems too much for that very little thing of bbq sauce,
it should be like 10 cents if not, 5 cents, okay 10 cents since maybe soo they may eliminate the nickel like the penny.

I just wanted their tasty barbecue sauce, even just 1, for the fries and had to eat the fries plain.

Next, upon exiting the store's parking lot, it is a dangerous area because some cars may drive southbound on the access lane and turn left there as that is where the drive-thru lane turns close to where the intercom is but the problem is the arrow for that area is to go out and pointing out or to the west and yet a car turn against the arrow to get to the drive thru intercom when that car should have gone around the other side of the restaurant to go through its drive thru the proper way. I was at that exit to go out at that moment and had to honk my horn but that rude driver and car was too aggressive and turn in the wrong way and did not give a care and to avoid an accident I had to yield or pause going forward though I had the right of way to exit as the arrow states that is an exit ramp and not an entrance one.
That area is dangerous as the way the drive thru is designed that may encourage drivers to go the wrong way to get immediate access to the drive-thru's intercom ordering area rather than driving around the store the proper and guided way.

Well that is all for this and perhaps all other cheap Wendy's.
Culver's could be better in a way and Burger King gave me barbecue sauce.

I try to never leave a negative review,but Wendy's new computer ordering system is absolutely horrible,got home are order was completely wrong ,I guess part my fault for not checking everything before I left the drive thru,I hope they figure out soon that it's completely worthless

Absolutely terrible. 20-30 minute wait every time you go and their systems are constantly down. Employees are rude and don’t give you any suace. Can’t tell you how many times I have paid for a mobile order and they just don’t give me the food.

People in drive thru acted like they hate their job one lady did acknowledge me and said hi the other should not work the front facing customer service areas if she gonna be grouchy and pissy food was ok I went when it was not busy it was myself and another car so yeah not sure why she was so pissy

My daughter has to have Wendy’s at least once a week. This is our go to location as tv staff is always friendly, quick, and serves an accurate order.

The board of health needs to close this place down. Went in this place Saturday about noon it was jammed packed. Stood in line about 10 minutes placed my order and waited another 25 minutes for my food I was told they was waiting on fries. I observed an infestation of flies everywhere. When I received my order everything was freezing cold.

You have to order your food from a robot. There are actual living, breathing humans that work there, but they don’t want to talk to people because we people aren’t worth their time.

I don’t at all like talking to “clankers”. It tells me that Wendy’s doesn’t care about me or any of their customers. I’ll be dining anywhere but Wendy’s from now on.

I'm editing my original review because I went to give it a one-star review again today and I see that I already gave it a one-star review, further showing the reputation of this location and further proving that I need to stop going here. They replaced all of the drive-thru windows with some sort of stupid AI computer that doesn't work. Avoid this place at all costs!

The drive-thru was around the entire building so I wanted to just go inside like I normally would so I attempt to go inside at 9:26 at night when the lobby is supposed to be open until midnight according to the door and they have the door locked. Don't go to this Wendy's. This is NOT acceptable service!!!!

Open? Closed? No idea. The sign says they open at 6. I've been met with a locked door at least a half dozen times in the last month or so. This morning, it was after 6:30. There's been times of 6:20, 6:45, etc. It's not just a few minutes behind. Sometimes I just want to sit down and eat. This is an unreliable location and probably not worth the gamble
