So I put in an order on Grubhub and this Wendy's location canceled it and then had the nerve to blame me for canceling it. Look, I work in the food business and I know how those delivery tablets work, they canceled it on their end.

Really disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was supposed to be grilled based on the picture of the menu. I made the meal a combo. The Diet Coke I got had no carbonation and the fry’s were not salted. I went back and told them and they said ohh just use the soda machine in the restaurant. Like hey I didn’t want to have to go inside which is why I got drive thru. I won’t ever be back. Also they use AI to take your order not a real human being which got my order completely wrong. Make sure you double check your order. Also I hate AI ordering.

The main guy was nice but the manager was being quite rude and very forceful. I miss understood there new twist frostys I said chocolate. She jumped down my throat saying I need to say brownie or they would give me the chocolate vanilla frosty icecream twisted not the BROWNIE I felt very attacted.

Showed up for lunch at exactly 10:30 and the fries and burgers were already OLD. Fries BURNT. Service was decent, but the food at this location is consistently bad. No wonder the drive thru is also consistently empty. lol. Better management is necessary!

Horrible customer service I received at the Wendy’s in Oswego at 3pm. The lady taking my order was impatient. I asked her a few questions since I was going to use the app and she was giving attitude. Never coming back to this location.
