I go here twice week last two times my baked potato look old and wrinkle and last two times the young man in window give back my pennies for change yesterday I go back and again the young guy not give back my change they need take him off the drive in window I have go to here for long time I order my single all time some only ketchup today I get single with all stuff on it I will not eat my single with all on it plus try not give back my chances back I have to ask for it back

Just left this Wendys location, the young lady seemed rude while taking my order and kept repeating would that complete your order which made me feel entirely rushed, as I approached the second window to pay to the manager almost in front of me asks was I charged extra for the sauce I received and I took that overly unprofessional like 55cent sauce would even matter to my $30 something meal then low n behold when I get home i have uncooked fries all in all. This is the worst location and the last time they’ll receive my service

*Update: Just finished and i have a weird fishy aftertaste on my breath and i feel sick. Do not eat here lol.Cold burgers. Only nuggets were good. Ran out of mango lemonade flavoring, wouldnt let me substitute for strawberry only plain lemonade. Didnt even fill it up all the way, and filled the cup with ice. Unsure if bc of those stupid portion machines they have at fast food now. Terrible sizes/portion for price ("Large" frosty is a medium size cup. Even Mcdonalds has a bigger shake size). The workers are nice otherwise, but they need to up the quality here. Corporate is also to blame. Sticking to BK for my fast food lol. The one on New York and Farnsworth is great.

This place is so poorly managed. The drive through line is alway backed up. I went in one time because the line wasn't moving. I ordered and waited. It was a day with a lot of door dash orders. We all waited about an hour for our orders. I would've cancelled but the manager was yelling at anyone that asked her questions. She finally gave me my food and yelled at me because the in store orders get printed in a different place than the door dash orders. The manager is horrible. This place is garbage

Check that your order is correct before leaving the drive-through, but otherwise they are good here. The food is what you would expect from a Wendy's, so it's not terrible-- as long as they get the order correct. We have had multiple instances of drive-thru mistakes. However, the staff is VERY friendly and willing to fix those mistakes right away.

I've been to this location a few times due to the proximity to my home. About 50% of time something gets screwed up. I ordered a special nachos burger, they charged me for it and then asked if it was ok that they didn't have the correct bun for it. Another example is the undercooked spicy chicken sandwich they served me once. A third example is a forgotten spicy chicken sandwich that I did not discover until I got home. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
