The lemonade we ordered required parking after going through the drive thru because it tasted like water with a drop of lemon juice in it. They tried a different machine and it was better so was fixable at least.

One huge complaint. This location is the only location I've been to who upcharge you on the meal size without asking to squeeze a little bit more out of you. They bank on drive-thru customers to be so go-go-go to notice or care.

Still don't understand why uniforms are not required at this corporate location or why certain people have been wearing soccer jerseys and or beer advertisement shirts for years. But this location overall puts out the best freshest food.

Ordered online, went to pick up and drive thru told me to pull around. They come our with the food and say they didn't have chocolate frostys and hand me 3 vanilla. I didn't want vanilla. We also received no spoons, no straws for the drinks, no sauce for a 50 piece chicken nugget and no sour cream for a sour cream and chive potato. Tried to call but it just rings and rings.
Typically when someone says "double baconator" they mean 2 patties, not 2 burgers. Didn't love getting charged for a burger I won't eat, staff cool though.

I have learned the hard way here to always request my receipt when going through the drive-through. Multiple times, I have been charged for extra items that I did not order . Now when I go here , only for convenience because it's on route to and from work, I always request my receipt.
