I walked here, got there right before they closed lobby for the night and was asked to walk through the drive through by an employee who didn’t understand me telling them I walked there. I’m a business owner, if one of my employees turned away perfectly good money I’d fire them. Never coming back

This location used to be the best in the area, but my last two trips ive stopped here and asked for a cheeseburger with no ketchup, and I get ketchup on my burger - and get the wrong burger in general.
Whatever change happened 3-4 months ago, it needs to stop. Please just take ketchup off my burgers, I literally can’t eat it.

The lemonade we ordered required parking after going through the drive thru because it tasted like water with a drop of lemon juice in it. They tried a different machine and it was better so was fixable at least.

One huge complaint. This location is the only location I've been to who upcharge you on the meal size without asking to squeeze a little bit more out of you. They bank on drive-thru customers to be so go-go-go to notice or care.
Staff is always so rude at this location. Horrible customer service! Make sure you get your receipt, too. They like to charge for extra things...

Still don't understand why uniforms are not required at this corporate location or why certain people have been wearing soccer jerseys and or beer advertisement shirts for years. But this location overall puts out the best freshest food.
