I grew up eating White Castle and then the whole franchise seemed to get worse. This place is a gem. They do a great job. They're slow but that's because they make it all fresh. I always order mine with extra onions and pickles. Do not get ketchup and mustard. They mix it and I think that's what gives you the well. You know what I mean

This was a very clean, bright fast food restaurant. I was given attention as soon as it was my turn at the counter. My order was brought to me fast, hot and correct 😁. Thanks so much for the crew on duty for that. A great place to stop for traditional White Castle Sliders and secondary sides. I walked in for take out and was very pleased with the service.

It’s White Castle. Food was as expected. They also have some new type sandwich’s other than the standard slider. Drive through staff was very professional. They made sure orders were processed as quick as possible. Other drive through should have attentive window such as here.

Good food, slow service. I waited for over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I had it in hand. ( There were only 3 cars in front of me )
They ran out of SLIDERS!!! ALL THEY HAD WAS SLOPPY JOE SANDWICHES... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

When the food is hot, it's a real treat! The service was extra slow, even for the drive up. In my opinion, when older staff are working, the service is 100% better. By older, I mean retired staff. When seniors work, so does everyone else. Seriously, who allows a senior to show up and show out? Rather, you dine in or choose the drive-through. There's no atmosphere for me other than concerns of my whereabouts. Carjacking is a great possibility.

I go inside to order. I'm standing there several minutes before someone finally says to me someone will be with you soon. Then the drive thru lady yells at someone in the back that someone is here for an order. Then several more minutes pass and a lady comes out and does some stuff with money right in front of me and just totally ignoring me. Then she leaves. So I finally say can someone take my order and the lady that arrived with money goes im just finishing what I'm doing and then I'll take your order. There were 5 other people there and like 4 or 5 people in the drive thur got their orders placed before me. Why am I just ignored and why does no one do anything to help? I guess you don't want my business. I left.
