Asked for my pickup order. The lady told me it wasn't there, but it was. I showed her my phone 10 minutes later, and she grabbed the one I had already seen sitting there and shooed me away. She wasted my time, and my food got cold
Order two garlic Parmesan in bone wings, got the combo meals. They’re taking the dry rub to a whole new tank, it’s not supposed to be just a dry rub on the outside, but it was like a dry rub on the inside, no juice nothing tender, just like an entire bone — but hey, at least we could wash it down with the drink we got from the combo meal? Nope, a problem with the soda machine, that self-serve, no way and some other problem. But at least the customer service people will take care of it right? No, I told her about the drinks, this is before I took the order home and we bid into the dry bones, her answer to the problem about the soda was “yeah there’s something wrong with the machine.” I thought she was going to back in the kitchen to get a manager or give me some sodas from a can, do something, but nope, that was her answer and she just went right back to work. I stated, I was not a jerk, but I had to raise my voice so they could hear me. I said “I paid for two drinks, I like my drinks or I like a refund for the drinks?” Her answer, “you got the combo meal, it comes with drinks, we can’t take a drink off the combo meal, if you just order a drink by itself, we could, but it comes with the combo meal.” so, did you read that? If you can’t believe it, yeah, that was the solution, we should’ve ordered drinks by themselves, so what else can I do but, order was already paid for because I purchased it online. So does horrible for you anyway, so I was fine by the time I got home, then I bit into the chalky hard Parmesan garlic bones with no meat just there’s no feature item that’s a dry rub on the outside and the inside! Horrible
Wheelchair accessibility: You’re gonna have problems! The sidewalk going in is about 2 1/2 feet wide, you don’t have to worry about ramps because the cars and the people are all crammed right around in the same ingress - which by the way is the same egress

Stopped here for dinner today with my Best Friend and ordered two of the new sweet bbq sandwiches and we also got the 15 piece bone in combo w/ voodoo fries and two drinks for a total cost of $44.41!
They staff told us it will take 20 minutes for the food to be ready.
The Raspberry Sweet Tea is so amazing here it’s my favorite!
