Not sure about the stops because I did not go in.
However we ordered 20 pieces a hot honey rub Chipotle rub, and they had not season rub on them. I called to let them know about how I’m not happy about not having season rub on the wings the placed me on hold and never returned. It’s not right. You pick a flavor you want that flavor.

This wing stop is the WORSE…rude(someone’s) kid-kids working the front of the establishment must be related to the franchise owner…bad business…..the place is DIRTY…and unwelcoming…. I would not recommend this place to anyone….keep driving don’t stop here….

This location has very rude employees, that refuse to provide manager name or refunds and instead advise you have to come back for a refund within 3 hours or wait and also refuse to provide there name while assisting you and over charge you prices to possibly pocket money . Was advised the 6 pc combo is not 12.99 bone in but 16 dollars and something instead which is not correct. Will be filing a complaint with fcc ftc and have this location under investigation for racial profiling as well and over charging

This store staff provides the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Called to cancel an order and was given two false numbers for customer service. One of them being my own. And purposefully ignored my calls. I don’t recommend
