I was first hesitated to go by all the negative reviews, but I went to give a try, they are super busy guys they are giving their 100% what they can do, go and visit and give them good review that gives them motivation to work !!! And its customers over there,,, they wont even throw the straw covers in the trashh, how much a human can do!!!!Do it guys its our duty to trash them!!

Me and my girlfriend went there to eat 4/5/24 service was bad, place was extremely dirty. Every table had food crumbs , leftovers, napkins, tables were sticky if they didn’t have crumbs, the pop machine was extremely dirty, and so where the floors, cashier was talking on the phone while attending customers and the whole line cook were leaning on the prep tables, while the place was filthy.There was no sense of management avoid this location.

Be careful! I recommend do not eat here!!!! Purchase wings with fries from here last night and Imy son and I got EXTREMELY ILL. I vomited so much I popped my vessel in my eye. Called to notify them of this and possibly bad load of food and I was ask to call back as they could not help me. Please be careful out there.

Avoid this location, idk how it’s still open the wait time is crazy long I came in the smell of weed on the associate taking my order should have been my first red flag (Nilesh) and then waiting 45 mins for food for it all to be wrong, when no one else was even in the building. The customer service here is horrible. Close this store down and fire the staff and start from scratch. Every time I go here it’s always a bad experience and by the count of other negative reviews I seen before posting this ether Wingstop doesn’t care what so ever or the district manager doesn’t care.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came here on a Sunday evening to eat out with my family they told me the dining area was closed due to me asking them wipe the table off the entire dining area ALL TABLES was dirty. Including the restrooms, pop machine was very filthy. Ok I accepted I couldn't eat I made up in my mind I'll just go home and eat another family of 4 comes in and ordered food said he'll dine in he allowed them to sit after he told me NO I COULDN'T DINE IN. I was livid & confronted the cashier & told him he was wrong. I also requested my money back he then told me it was 5-7 days for a refund. It's crazy that my money spend just like everyone else and he told me NO.

It feels weird giving 5 stars for a fast food restaurant but this is the best Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. We got takeout and the wings were so crispy and delicious! The service was great too.
My order was very simple not busy never answer the phone didn't get ranch.. didn't have brownies

We ordered wings around 10 clock and restaurant manager and few employees said the order was already picked up by other Driver but it’s never the case! There’s a talk that they never take orders in last hours they just always simply say it’s been picked by other driver!

The cashier told us that they stopped taking orders 30 minutes before they closed because they only make online orders at that time. They have the wrong hours advertised.
