The original owners retired to China town, and food didn't hit like it used to at all. I knew something was wrong when the lady wasn't at the counter after all these years. But I think the new guys will eventually get it right one day.
I was blown away how Mr Chan was able to whip up all the food we ordered, without writing down our order, withour a single error. The food was amazing and he is just a gem of a human being. Amazing how he has had this restaurant for over 40 years. I live in San Francisco and his food was better??? #
