Solid breakfast choice in the area, which isn't as dense with options some of the areas a bit closer to the city or the Palatine/Arlington Heights area. The restaurant is pretty large and not super busy on a Sunday morning. The decor really pushes the rooster and almost farmhouse style theme throughout. Portion sizes are fairly large and prices are a bit higher than what you'll find elsewhere but still reasonable. Food here was pretty good, I didn't care much for the specialty coffee drinks but find the breakfast options to be quite solid. I like the spongy feeling of the waffle french toast which tastes fairly eggy and has a unique texture that was enjoyable. The corned beef skillet was fairly balanced in terms of protein and potatoes, with plenty of corned beef. It wasn't overly salty, though it seemed like an additional element could've helped to tie the different components of the dish together. The egg white delight omelette was quite large and airy and prepared quite well, this is a nice healthy option when served with a side of fruit. Overall, if you're in the area shopping at nearby Heinen's or Mariano's, this is a nice and convenient option. You can enjoy a meal here casually with friends and choose from a fairly varied menu.

My husband and I met a friend for breakfast at Eggspresso. I love the decorations in this restaurant. The decorations are colorful, plentiful, and make the place feel fun and relaxed. We were seated right away. I had the waffle French toast (housemade waffles dipped in our French toast batter) with chocolate chips. My husband had the corned beef skillet with pancakes. Our friend ordered the Work out Omelette (egg white omelette with chicken breast, broccoli florets and Swiss cheese, served with fresh fruit). Our food came out quickly and everything was delicious. Our server checked on us often and was very nice. Our friend is a regular here and I can see why. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu!

Came here for breakfast on a weekday morning in between nearby doctor's appointments and the location was convenient. As soon as we were led to our table, I smelled something really foul. I don't know what it was but it was like a dirty, musty smell. Dirty furniture? Carpets? Whatever it was, it was very off-putting. The menu is a strange mix of typical American with Mexican and Greek options thrown in. Plenty of dishes with chorizo and plenty of dishes with feta cheese and kalamata olives. Sadly, you can't just get a basic ham and cheese omelet here. We both had biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns ($13.99). Our food was fine, service was acceptable, but I would not return here. There are much better breakfast options in the Lake Forest/Highland Park/Deerfield area.

The food here was pretty good. I had my doubts since I like a lot of flavor in my food. I had the chorizo omelette with no chorizo cuz I don't eat meat. I thought it wasn't going to be that great bcuz i took out the main part of the dish, but it was really good! My parents liked it better than their Greek omelette which was also pretty good! The strawberry cheesecake waffle was DELICIOUS. It was truly a hit with my family as well. The service was top tier and the ambiance was great as well!

I catered a breakfast from the Eggspresso in Bannockburn.I had curbside pick up and when I pulled up, they walked out with my order. Everything was piping hot and Delicious. My group especially liked the corn beef hash.Everything was generous portions and fruit and baked goods were very fresh. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for helping make my event successful.

The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has many options. The waitress brought water in a child’s cup for our toddler without being asked. So thoughtful.

Ordered their burrito after I asked the host which burrito was pictured on the menu. After receiving my meal, my supposed breakfast burrito had zero egg unlike the portrayed pic and after conformation of staff, but had plenty of broccoli, very awkward.

Couldn’t wait to try this place after driving by. Best part was the toast. Husband had corn beef hash skillet with eggs over easy. One egg was over hard, one was over medium. There were barely any potatoes in the skillet. It wasn’t crisp. I had the Greek omelette. It had waaay too many kalamatta olives, mushy tomatoes & not even a smidge of feta. Pancakes were like rubber. Couldn’t cut them with a knife. It took a very long time for someone one to come over & we spent the next 45 minutes listening to the same gentleman apologize to every table for something wrong. Woman at register was rude & I practically tripped over her kid. I spent the rest of the day in the bathroom. WONT BE BACK—not even for a free meal. Oh yeah the only thing worse than the food was the expired hot sauce on the table.

Can you imagine the egg place that does Benedict overcooked? I asked them to redo the eggs and when the waitress brought the plate back, everything was floating in Hollandaise sauce that tasted like vinegar. I didn’t eat it and they still left it in the check $13.99.The hash browns were raw too. Worse place I have ever been to. The only thing I liked was Sinatra music.

Ive ordered Steak and Eggs carryout from this place twice. Both times the meal exceeded my expectations. Really good portions for the price. Steak cooked perfect both times. Super high quality ingredients. 5 star PS both times they forgot carryout silverware.
