Sunday night crew is lacking. Waited over 6 minutes for the food and most of it was cold. They also didn't make the food correct to order.

Lady mopped the floors with no signs could of had a major slip and fall lawsuit.fries were old chicken nuggets were hard.place is a mess.cash register lady was rude.worst Mcdonald ever.i see future lawsuits for that place for sure.

Place was welcoming but the manager Sayuri was nonverbal while taking our order. Didn’t get our order right and didn’t even say thank you back or a hello and put our order to go when she didn’t ask! Manager Sayuri isn’t a pleasant person from our experience. At least be verbal and look like you enjoy your job because she looked miserable.

Bannockburn mc Donald’s isn’t even open at 5:30 am which sign on door shows they open at 5 am it pisses me off big time I’ll probably start eating elsewhere if this continues

Went through the drive-through at 12:15pm... the chicken nuggets were cold and hard... I'm not sure how that can even happen during a lunch rush, but here we are... last time I was here, the nuggets were warm and hard, so I guess they took a step
