Went here Memorial Day weekend in order the caramel frappe and a breakfast sandwich. When I got in my car I noticed my caramel frappe had a clump of hair hanging from it with several strands I originally thought it was just stuck to the cup which was already gross. But when I tried to pull the hair off of it I realized it was under the lid and inside of the whipped cream on top of the drink I didn't have time to take it back right away as I was in between jobs but I took it back like an hour later. Only to be told by one of the workers that I did not receive it like that. Although I returned it untouched with the hairstyle on it. Really blew my mind that this lady was calling me a liar for bringing back a $3 drink untouched an hour later I guess I went home and got hair and put it in it terrible terrible service

The food is good. The drink machine is cool. You can get different flavors of Sprite and Coke. The cherry Coke is okay you cannot taste the cherry very much. It is big. My brothers got happy meals they enjoyed them. The MacDonalds has baskets of fries.š We saw a train on the track behind the MacDonalds.

I rarely ever eat fast food and have only been here a handful of times for breakfast or lunch but I have to say this is by far the best McDonaldās I have had. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Employees Iāve dealt with have been friendly and efficient. Shocked that Iām actually looking forward to returning.

Lady mopped the floors with no signs could of had a major slip and fall lawsuit.fries were old chicken nuggets were hard.place is a mess.cash register lady was rude.worst Mcdonald ever.i see future lawsuits for that place for sure.
Place was welcoming but the manager Sayuri was nonverbal while taking our order. Didnāt get our order right and didnāt even say thank you back or a hello and put our order to go when she didnāt ask! Manager Sayuri isnāt a pleasant person from our experience. At least be verbal and look like you enjoy your job because she looked miserable.

Bannockburn mc Donaldās isnāt even open at 5:30 am which sign on door shows they open at 5 am it pisses me off big time Iāll probably start eating elsewhere if this continues
