Here we go again. Their drive thru is dysfunctional. They tell you to move to the next window only to forget about you. This is the second time in about three weeks that this has happened to me. Last Friday evening they left us waiting for our order for almost ten minutes We watched and waited as cars passed us by at the window. Even when there were no more customers in the drive thru, we were still left waiting. Eventually, my passenger, who is also my neighbor, went to knock on the drive thru window to remind the employees that we were still waiting for our food. As we suspected, they forgot about us. Here we go again. I don’t believe they really respect the people in our community, because if they did, this wouldn’t keep happening. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only customer experiencing this kind of neglect. Even after alerting the people at the window, we still had to wait a couple more minutes. Finally the manager, Jaqueline, handed us our food and disengaged from the window without a care. She blamed it on our chicken strips. Ten minutes for chicken strips? And another couple minutes for…what? She didn’t want to hear our complaint. She didn’t want to be there. She closed the window and went on her way. Bannockburn, Highland Park, and Lake Forest residents deserve better service. My question is does the owner of this franchise even care enough about our community to address these issues with his staff? Does he/she care enough to fix these problems and start treating the locals with respect? Time will tell.

I do not usually leave reviews, but what I saw the other day was so dreadful, that I had to leave one. I was visiting the McDonald's in Bannockburn at dinner time with my children when I witnessed a manager completely disrespect an older woman for no other reason than he just didn't want to deal with her cold food complaint. What I found really disturbing was that when she ordered something else from him, the aggitated manager crinkled up her receipt and tossed it to her. That was so disrespectful. Even my children commented on how rude he was to her. I will not be going to that restaurant anymore, because if this is how they treat customers in the front, who knows what they're doing to our food in the back.

Please put an employee with basic customer service at the drive through. Nothing was said picking my order up. Sadly,he might have been a manager. He should be cutting onions in the back Keep him away from customers.

Went here Memorial Day weekend in order the caramel frappe and a breakfast sandwich. When I got in my car I noticed my caramel frappe had a clump of hair hanging from it with several strands I originally thought it was just stuck to the cup which was already gross. But when I tried to pull the hair off of it I realized it was under the lid and inside of the whipped cream on top of the drink I didn't have time to take it back right away as I was in between jobs but I took it back like an hour later. Only to be told by one of the workers that I did not receive it like that. Although I returned it untouched with the hairstyle on it. Really blew my mind that this lady was calling me a liar for bringing back a $3 drink untouched an hour later I guess I went home and got hair and put it in it terrible terrible service

The food is good. The drink machine is cool. You can get different flavors of Sprite and Coke. The cherry Coke is okay you cannot taste the cherry very much. It is big. My brothers got happy meals they enjoyed them. The MacDonalds has baskets of fries.🍟 We saw a train on the track behind the MacDonalds.

I rarely ever eat fast food and have only been here a handful of times for breakfast or lunch but I have to say this is by far the best McDonald’s I have had. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Employees I’ve dealt with have been friendly and efficient. Shocked that I’m actually looking forward to returning.

Lady mopped the floors with no signs could of had a major slip and fall lawsuit.fries were old chicken nuggets were hard.place is a mess.cash register lady was rude.worst Mcdonald ever.i see future lawsuits for that place for sure.

Place was welcoming but the manager Sayuri was nonverbal while taking our order. Didn’t get our order right and didn’t even say thank you back or a hello and put our order to go when she didn’t ask! Manager Sayuri isn’t a pleasant person from our experience. At least be verbal and look like you enjoy your job because she looked miserable.
