Went in to order for carry out. The young gal at the register had a hoodie and hood on. She was unprofessional. I had received a txt alert to celebrate national wing day and asked if there was a Special for the day, she’s like that’s not our location. I showed her the txt and surely it said Bannockburn location and she just said No! Once order was done, I took my order and no thanks were said.

Always a great place to dine. Friendly staff and nice choice of beer on tap. And yes, they serve you in a frosty 🥶 mug! The pizza is good and this time I was prompted to leave a long-deserved review as my taste buds were introduced to these balls of outer crisp with rice lining the interior wall…the middle stuffed with Giardiniera and italin beef! OTC.

Pizza was dry and bland as can be. Sauce was too sweet. Ugh 😫 I never remember rosatis being this bad.

I've been looking for great pizza in my area. Finally, after 7 years, a coworker ordered from Rosati's pizza. I love it! They have a lifetime customer. Pizza the way I like it! 😋 😋 😋

I think Rosati’s has the best pizza. This location is a great hang out spot as well. I really enjoyed my time there and can’t wait to go back.

Easy Order Online. The Lady who assisted my pick up was friendly. Got the pepperoni thin crust always a delight and the Italian Beef w/ Mozzarella was hot and yummy.

Had the Italian beef sandwich, hoping for something lighter. It's a big sandwich and delicious! The server was wonderful holding down a lot of jobs and very efficient at them all.

We ordered the Rosati's Monster, and it was amazing! I love their thin crust pizza, but this one has got to be the best.

I wanted this to be good, but there's not much good to say. We went on a Thursday night, 5 of us. It was not very busy, but there seemed to be only one waitress/bartender on duty. Service was slow and served with a side of "I don't really want to help you, but it's my job" from the not so nice woman that I'm sure has been mentioned in other reviews. Usually if you're by yourself you say, "please bare with me..." but she offered no apologies for her lengthy response times and curtness. My son waited over 20 minutes for his mixed drink because she told him he ordered just a soda, not. We ordered a 16 inch plain thin crust pie, which was ok. We also ordered two cannolis, they were fresh stuffed and pretty good. Overall it was a very disappointing dinner and we couldn't wait to get out of there. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
