Awful service. I came in for a pickup and I waited but no one came to the counter. I looked around and I didn’t see anyone working so I went back to the counter and waited another 10-15 minutes or so. Then I finally called the place and the same lady sitting at the bar with a glass of orange juice and swiping through her phone came to help. She was rude and didn’t even pay attention to customers coming in. What an awful first impression. Left with semi warm pizza.

You don't answer your phones, 20 minutes holding since 10:15 to 10:40 & hung up both lines (had two phones holding for you to answer). This happened last month & happen to be in the area & placed my order face to face.Thanks for not answering the phones!

The pizza is pretty good, but I caught the front desk pickup gal on a bad day. For 5 min I waited--finally raising my voice to state, "...is anyone here? After another few minutes I finally received a "yell" back, "Wait just a minute..." in a far from hospitable tone. Completely uncalled for with no apology for being mia when she decided to show up. For that I removed a couple of stars.

Went here at 9(1 hour before posted close time)and was ignored, rang the bell they have on the counter and skinny dark haired woman rudely says yes? Tf you think I'm ringing the bell for standing at the order counter?!?! Close early lock the door. Simple concept. Very glad I went out my way to get food here only to be turned away. Couldn't even get a slice to go. Ridiculous

1st time here. Visiting from GA. Not disappointed one bit. Kids and hubby raved. For me the wings was very flavorful but could be a little juicer, but it was seasoned to the bone. Mozzarella was perfect. Didn't take piks of sticks or wings cus I forgot and starving. Pizza was 7/10 for me. Hubby says it was 8.5/10. Again, not disappointed at all. We will be back before we depart Chi town!

I was visiting from out of town. I was hungry and wanted a calzone. I walked into this cute place, and I was greeted by this kind, and amazing girl (? girl I can’t believe I already forgot your name ?).Anways, we started to talk and carried on with the conversation, as if we knew each other forever!Lemme tell you when I said I was hungry, they did not disappoint!! The calzone was a whooping TX size, the flavors and the homemade marinara sauce ? were just ahhhhmazing!If I ever go back to Chicago, I’ll definitely drive up there, just to have their food once again! Simply muah, chef’s kiss! ? ?

Good Good! We've been a fan of Rosati's for quite a while, but its always been delivered. The last few weeks we've made it to the restaurant and its better than good! We've gone about once a week. Nice people, good food, and a bar.

I tried this on a recommendation and it was pretty good. I wish I would have asked for crushed red pepper and plates and napkins. It was fresh and it came pretty quick.

WoW!! Wish I could submit photo.. waiting 10mins for my order looking at all the photos hanging on the wall someone really needs to dust them off, thick cob webs all over!! I hope you keep the kitchen cleaner than the lobby!!!!
